Rafael is awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable! He came in during a tight timeframe we had available and did a very thorough inspection and analysis. Provided a detailed repair estimate with a full summary and notations. Very reputable company to work with.

I can’t thank Rafael at Overland Heating & Cooling enough! A/C was blowing warm air, so had two large well known companies come out for a service call. Was told I needed a compressor $5000 or maybe I should opt for a new system $14-16,000 since my unit is 10+ years old. I thought the quotes were high. A friend suggested I call Overland. I did . Rafael showed up on time, checked the unit the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was tripping because the wire into the breaker was loose. Rafael tightened the screw and the system is working great. Overland saved me a minimum of $5000 & a big hassle. Thank You again
