Absolutely 10/10 experience. I’m Scottsdale we have bulk pickup, but I learned that they don’t pick up “construction” debris (tile etc). My HOA was about to fine me- I reached out to 15 trash removal companies- using the same message, same pictures, requesting same day removal. Only 4 got back to me and Michael was the first and had the best price.

An overall great experience. It was the most affordable option in the area, they were quick to respond and came out the next day. Super fast & easy! Called Monday, they answered right away! I said I had 2 fridges, a couch & ottoman, some misc things as well to be taken away, was quoted $100 cheaper than LoadUp! Arrived today on time, gave me a 30/40 minute heads up before they got here to make sure I was ready. Professional & polite, I asked to add extra items that I had forgotten about and they didn't make me feel bad or anything. Just added what they could to today's trip (truck doesn't have infinite space) and let me know an estimate if I want to schedule them to come out again for the rest. After that I let them work, pretty sure they were done in less than 25 minutes. Paid via tap on their phone, got a receipt, and they went on their way! Cannot recommend enough! I'm always a little uncomfortable with having strange men around but I had no bad vibes and felt comfortable with them on the property!
