Our contractor referred us to Affinity Kitchens where we had the pleasure of meeting our kitchen designer, Norman McLash. From the first few minutes of saying hello we knew that we were in the right place and we looked no further for a kitchen design company. Norman listened attentively and presented products that really piqued our interest. We scheduled subsequent appointments both at our home and in the studio and each time Norman was punctual and prepared! Our dream kitchen became a reality filled with beautiful, yet functional design. I highly recommend Affinity Kitchens for selection and responsiveness and definitely recommend Norman McLash for his knowledge, thoroughness, communication, outstanding design concepts and his warm personality!

Choosing a kitchen and bath designer to manage an Arizona kitchen and bath remodel from out of state could not have been easier. Norman McLash at Affinity is a first-class designer with a wealth of knowledge that benefited us greatly! His design maximized the efficiency of our space and the quality of the cabinetry is superb in every detail. Affinity installers are wonderful as well. This is one project that I can truly say was a pleasure in every way. I highly recommend you consider working with Affinity. Ask for Norman and you will not be disappointed.

We had the pleasure of working with Tim at Affinity. He is a smart designer who really understands the whole construction process, and I'd call him a great communicator who speaks "kitchen" fluently. I say that, because prior to meeting Tim, we had no idea of the incredible amount of choices and options we'd wade through to update a 20-year-old kitchen. Our goal was to improve the functionality of the current space, take better advantage of a great mountain view, reuse a few of the more recently purchased appliances, and create a warm and elegant space. Tim came over to see our kitchen and immediately made some great suggestions. He really educated us on the whole process and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We went from not really knowing what we wanted--or even liked--to creating a kitchen that we absolutely love. It gets rave reviews, makes me happy whenever I'm in it, and just works so much better than the outdated one. Everyone at Affinity was a joy to work with! Mike, the installer, was a true craftsman. Mike and Drew, the contractors, were spot on when they said that Tim is their favorite designer to collaborate with because of his talent and attention to detail.

Affinity was great to work with! They took care of every issue that would pop up in our new home build. They were very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. Tim Huber was fabulous! I am so happy with the quality and the end result of their work.

We knew of Affinity from a friend who had an excellent experience, and from their beautiful kitchen. Also, another friend recommended a specific designer . . . who happened to work at Affinity. So, from the beginning when we decided to redo our kitchen, Affinity, was the first stop. My wife worked as an interior designer, and we redid another kitchen in our MI home, so we had an idea of what it would cost. From the moment we met with Deborah at Affinity, we knew we were in good hands, and, ultimately, the price was in line with what we expected.
Deborah was simply FABULOUS. She is pleasant, patient, professional, and unbelievably talented. She quickly understood what we were attempting to do, and she worked with us on every detail, measuring more than once, and making sure that everything fit perfectly. Affinity even offered us a couple of suggestions for general contractor for part of the kitchen construction, and the other work we were doing in the house; we picked one of the two, and we were also delighted with them. Because Affinity had a history of working with the recommended contractor, it went even smoother.
We were given a production schedule, with the work being done while we were out of the house; we trusted both the contractor and Affinity, and we were NEVER disappointed. Everything went exactly as scheduled, and shown on a production spreadsheet before they began. We came back to AZ after everything was completed, and we were simply blown away with a kitchen that EXCEEDED our expectations. We continue to say to one another, and anyone who will listen, how thrilled we are with our new kitchen. We worked in the same footprint, yet we now feel we have phenomenally more space. That is a credit to Deborah’s design and the functionality of the cabinets we selected. We had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made, and within a day, Jamie was at our house, allowing us to begin putting away everything that was packed up. Jamie was also friendly and accommodating. Today, Mark came out to do a couple more things, and, he, too was great. Didn’t hurt that Mark emigrated from Canada, where the cabinets are manufactured, and happened to spend years working for the manufacturer. He’s a great find for Affinity, as he knows this cabinet from the inside out. We are now 100%, with the last couple of things very minor.
So, know that you will make the right decision if you choose to work with Deborah and Affinity!! -
We met with Debbie at Affinity. She listened and then closely worked with us on the design to make sure it met all of our goals. They delivered what they promised and in the time frame they had initially indicated. The installation staff was great and provided additional help to other installers to ensure the fixtures, appliances and cabinets worked great together. The follow up has been great. I would highly recommend this organization. They are not the cheapest but provide great value for what they deliver.

I had the most amazing experience at Affinity Kitchens!! My boyfriend and I recently purchased a home and had a couple problems with our Island. Our whole home has custom cabinets from Affinity Kitchens. As soon as I walked into the store everyone was very helpful and very nice. Marco was wonderful to work with, he sent someone out to look at our kitchen within a week. He was very willing to help us and was a pleasure working with. We had a certain layout in mind for our remodel and Affinity’s designer Ray Kant suggested alternative ideas for the layout. At first I wasn't onboard, but the more I thought about it the more sense it made and I am really pleased with the result. Ray’s expertise and drawings allowed our general contractor to prepare the site for a perfect fit, and he followed our project through to completion. The design, cabinet quality, features and efficiency are top notch. I have to pinch myself when I go into our kitchen, that this is really the new kitchen God entrusted to us. It's great!

Sally was a great help in our design and telling us where to get brackets for the granite top George was absolutely perfect in the install of everything. Appliance guy had never seen a refrigerator opening so perfect. This was our second time using Affinity Kitchens and the quality fo the product and the process has always been outstanding.

In our 35 years together, my husband and I have done more than 10 remodels and never had one go this smoothly. We had an excellent experience with Affinity Kitchens! Their kitchen designer, Ray Kant, was meticulously careful with the design to ensure spacing and traffic flow would be just right. The installers were true craftspeople- very knowledgeable and precise. We are very happy with the result.

Tim our designer did amazing job ensuring all the details. The installation crew was highly professional. And the truth is with the size and scope of our kitchen we did end up with a couple of hiccups, but Affinity staff resolved every issue professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I remodeled my entire 90sf kitchen. I got the process started in August for the work to be done between Thanksgiving and Christmas. While the showroom was impressive and the available options numerous, the project was managed horribly. They said it would be done in 3.5 weeks. It took 3.5 months. They mismeasured several things, gave me the wrong cabinet and wrong soffit height, and had to eliminate some options because of their errors.
I had more than different 20 people and out of my house doing various things. There was a 19-day span where NO ONE did anything. Try living without a kitchen for that long. The designer and the installation manager visited my home just ONCE during this entire process. Everyone else was a subcontractor and every day it seemed like a new batch of strangers, many of whom did not understand English.
Being my first remodel, I learned that you have to oversee EVERYTHING. Do NOT expect the workers to understand what you wanted. In fact, the cabinet installers came unprepared. I had to give them my drawings so they knew where to put everything! I also had to have them redo several things that were obviously not aligned or level.
I eliminated some items as we went along thinking that I would be saving some money, but the final cost was not revised from the estimate. While they did offer me a discount for my troubles, the whole process was exhausting and left me angry. This was a 9'x10' kitchen. How could a small project like this go so wrong?
I have a nice new kitchen but I know where the errors are and I know the trouble it took to make it this way. I cannot recommend this store for any remodeling jobs you may wish to do. -
Classy Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen over two years ago and I still absolutely love it! The quality of the materials and installation is top notch. I love the custom elements that they designed just for my home's layout and I love the soft close drawers that keep things from getting banged up. Two years in and my white and gray kitchen still looks brand new.

I have had the privilege of using Classy Closets to remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen. They are amazing to work with. It's one stop shopping. They take care of you from the beginning design to the finished product. They give you a time line and are very good at sticking to it. I really just can't say enough good things. Totally professional and timely. I've one more bathroom left to remodel. Will be calling Classy Closets when its time.

Writing this review so others will know my experience with CLASSY.
Did My project come out how I wanted? Yes, eventually
Was the road to get to the end easy? Not really
Were the people who did the work in my home ok? ABSOLUTLEY
Would you use the company again? No
I recently used Classy to do my 2 bathrooms. Had many companies come give me their pitch and estimate. Choose them and these are just some highlights of the journey.
• Day one I was met with excuses and why they could not start on time. This would be a trend for the whole project.
• Schedules were hardly kept, and randomly people show up to do work unexpectedly
• Communication was lacking at best, met with excuses and told they were waiting on a text back.
• Did not remember details about my project, no attention to detail, had to remind the workers because they were given no instructions
• Foreman or person who I was told was to oversee my Projects quit on the spot.
• After the demo was complete on master there was a week to get supplies, only to find they were not right, more delays.
• 2-week delay after tile was installed in master with little to no communication
• On both projects the NEW cabinets were installed while major work was being completed.
• Cabinets were brought to install in guest bathroom, had not even completed Master
• I had to do most of the permit scheduling myself including the final. Would have never been completed had I waited
• Have not even discussed the guest bathroom but I’m sure you get the idea.
Still waiting on paint to fix the dinged-up cabinets (took care of it myself) from having them installed while work was being done. They also have not even bothered to do a final walk through of my projects as of writing this review, just an example of their lack of attention to detail & of how they just don’t really care once they get your $. Project was completed dec 1st 2024. Was going to use them for 2 other projects, yeah not happening.
