Reached out to Iconic for a quote to have my lawn have sod and sprinklers installed. Had issues getting the quote, but Ivan (owner), informed me that the sales rep on my case has been out for weeks with personal issues. He mailed me a note explaining the situation and had a gift card to HomeDepot. I know not everything can be perfect and things happen. Ivan owned up to the problem and I can see he is willing to do what it takes to make it right. I look forward to my quote and working with Iconic in the future. Thanks Ivan!

I had Gus and the team at Iconic Landscape install a backyard paver patio and turf area for my pets. The team were prompt and efficient. They adapted when we had changes and were great all around. Highly recommend for all your landscape and design needs. 5 Stars all Day!!

I called this place today for advice on some plants I bought from Home Depot and need to know how much water my plants needed, Gus was more than willing to help me out & provide A lot of his advice for Star Jasmine plants. Gus was really helpful on what I needed to do & how much water the plants needed even though I didn’t buy the plants from them. I would definitely purchase landscaping products from them. Thank you guys.

Amazing service the best quality work had my whole backyard remodeled it’s been 3 years and it still looks amazing. Called to have my driveway replaced with pavers and they got me on the schedule ASAP!!!

I used them. Gus is friendly and nice and they did good work where they replaced a couple sprinkler valves and fixed a leak under a paver however 6 months later I had a massive leak exactly where they fixed it before. I tried texting and calling and left voicemails but no response. Then when I called using my wife's phone they returned the call. Gus came over and looked at it and confirmed that was where they did the work and said he'd get some guys over to work on it that coming weekend. Then that weekend they never showed up or even called or texted.

I called a few more times but no response. I hope everything is alright with him however have to leave a bad review because I had to hire someone else to fix it given I couldn't wait any longer as my irrigation was leaking a massive amount of water every time it ran. Bummer cause I know he lives in the neighborhood.

I'll update if anything changes but sadly need to leave this honest review.

A friend of mine in PV said that their company is unprofessional or at least the crew that they had. A few of the members would use the restroom anywhere.. they would go on the side of the house or behind a bush and just bury their poop. Some would just cover it up with napkins. the supervisor that is on the crew is named Martin. He is a whole other story. Big headed egotistical. Very rude to his crew and always blaming his mishaps on them. My friend also said that Martin usually smells of marijuana. My friend doesn't even want to tell the company about whats going on because they are afraid that if someone gets fired they will go after them. My friend also said that they heard that the supervisor was taking company plants, seed and soil for his own home as well as other family members.

Great landscaping company.You won't be disappointed. They can do everything. Pavers lighting, pools, sport courts, & everything. You will be hard pressed to find another landscaping company more knowledgeable.

BlueStar came out and gave us a fair estimate and has been taking care of our landscaping for a month now. We are happy with them so far.

Accuses kids of things they didn't do and threatening them. Also trying to get out of something they did and don't want to admit what they did and take responsibility. Please choose a different landscape company they may accuse your kids for no reason.

This company maintains the beauty of the properties! Visit any of the country clubs under their service you will see that I am talking about. Weeds are always plucked, flowers are bloomed, and grass is green. Just how landscaping should be done. Great work!

I appreciate the outstanding job in replacing my system and the landscaping was perfect when completed. The follow-up was incredible and one small issue was immediately addressed.

I wrote a previous revue before ALIS even started working on replacing my drip system, so I feel that now after everything is done I should submit another revue. It important to know… I WAS RIGHT!! IT WAS A COMPLETE PLEASURE working with this company. They configured the system around my home very efficiently and after the work was done you could not even tell there were any ditches dug to install the pipes! The landscaping looked untouched! Everyone was so professional and conscientious, it was great! This is a family company that takes great pride in their work and delivers wonderful customer service! They listen to your concerns and answer your questions and provide helpful information every step of the way! Thank you so much!!
