We found this company on google. They had pretty good reviews so we decided to use Collin’s for our resturant drain service. They gave us an estimate of $886 for make the line clear and check the leak of our gas line. So when technician came April 2nd. on that day. He sprayed something to check the gas line , it was good and no leaks. For the grease trap and drain line he said the machine he used can’t not solve the problem and he mentioned someone will come back with a jetter next day to finish the rest of the work.
A couple of days later We have got charged.so we decide to go to their local office wish to talk to someone regarding the issue. April 10th when we got there( 16413 North 91st Street, Bldg C150) the door was locked, I was going to call their office then a lady opened the door ask us what we were doing.I told her that we had a job order was not completed but we got charged. She took us in and asked me the order number. The whole time she was cold,not welcoming. She checked on her computer and told us they done the work. But on technicians notices clearly shows that the work was not completed and someone with Jetter will come back next day. ( which no one show up the next day ) I told her that they could not finish the work and the technician said someone supposed to come back next day but no one shows up the next day.She said they sent another estimate which was another $1110 for someone comeback, the reason why no one comes back its because they did not get our response if we were going to proceed.This is a joke, so we spent $800 just to find out there will be another estimate of $1110 to make the line clear ???
Isn’t that the first estimate for to check and make the line clear.
The lady we spoke to was not professional, she interrupted my husband while my husband was talking ,Not sure if she is the owner but seems like she is.I would expect a better customer service, we were standing there the whole time while she was sitting down talking to us,she did not offer us to sit down or anything she did not apologize one word and no “please “such words.she just did not look like wants to solve the problem keep arguing,my husband finally said “ let’s go “
Endless to say, it was not a pleasure experience with this company and We definitely would not use this company again and be aware when you use this company.please make sure the estimate they gave you will actually complete the work ,otherwise they will tricke you and keep giving you an estimates.

Jason and Eric were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Collins Commercial responded very quickly for our need of a new water heater and replaced it and got it working the next day. We highly recommend Collins Commercial for any of your plumbing or AC needs!! Extremely satisfied customer :)

Called my home warranty service company and they sent out Collins for plumbing repairs. Had to call them back for some adjustments and was worried about the follow up. To my surprise they where great! Don was awesome, he fixed the issue and was very professional about everything. From his explanation to his clean up! Thank you!
