the tankless family is working hard to resolve problem with newly installed water heater. Matthew was friendly and thorough. new parts on order. was pleased with quick initial response from Victoria and the team. crossing fingers new parts come quick and resolve issue.

I highly recommend these folks! I emailed for a quote on a Tuesday, received a very competitive price on Wednesday, and Thursday I had my old tank hot water heater completely replaced for a tankless! Their installs are done very nicely and neat, and everyone on site was very friendly and personable. Fantastic experience!

a line connector failed on my water heater, causing water to spray outside the tank. these guys made it out the same day that i called and replaced the lines and even cleaned up the wet mess. it's a family owned business that cares about the quality of their work, and their clients' trust and satisfaction. i've used them twice now and my experience both times has been gold star. thanks, tankless pros!!🌻

Our tank water heater went out and I contacted Tankless Pros to replace it with a tankless heater. Thankfully, they were able to come out the next day for the install.

We love our tankless heater. Unlimited hot water and the built in recirculating pump provides near instant hot water at every tap in the house when we need it.

So I decided to call one of the big companies because, name recognition right… They gave me a quote that just didn’t seem right. I called Tankless Pros AZ, and they were out here pretty quick and did a phenomenal job!

You can tell that they have been doing this for a while because I never thought a water heater swap out would be poetry in motion lol. In all seriousness, absolutely super friendly from the initial phone call, to when they arrived. Their thoroughness explaining how the system works and how to ensure system longevity was 👌🏼. All associated equipment (hoses, hardware) were swapped out with new item. Would highly recommend!

Showed up as expected. Did the work asked for quickly and thoroughly...and, most importantly, unlike other providers I've used in the area, they didn't try to (annoyingly) upsell things not needed. Nice work. I'll use again.

To book my appointment Victoria took all my information and scheduled my install the following day. I had a great experience with Andrew. He removed my old water heater and installed my new one. The install was seamless. Andrew arrived on time and was professional. I highly recommend this company.

This is an excellent family business. They were attentive to our needs, efficient, and their work was flawless. I appreciated the time they took to answer all of our questions and to ensure we had the right system installed. Adam and Andrew, who were the installers, were friendly and worked skillfully to complete our install in one day. It is refreshing to find such a well run and customer focused business. We had our gas water heater's ignitor go out on us. I called one place and they said it would cost $16,000 to replace it. I told them I did not want to replace it, I wanted to fix the one we had. Well, they wouldn't even look at it. So I went online to see if they still had the parts to fix it. Found the ignitor for $40, got it in a couple of days and it fired right up. Got it working just in time to have some people over for the weekend. In the mean time, I called Tankless Pros to see what they could do. They were very nice, professional and willing to put up with all my questions. Quoted us WAY less for the exact same water heater the other place had. Our water heater was about 17 years old so I knew we didn't have much left with it. Decided to have it replaced and Tankless was out the following week. Great job by everyone. Glad we decided to call you guys!
