the tankless family is working hard to resolve problem with newly installed water heater. Matthew was friendly and thorough. new parts on order. was pleased with quick initial response from Victoria and the team. crossing fingers new parts come quick and resolve issue.

Work went great, had a small issue with the final piping. As you can see, the Copper pipes were pressed against the sharp edge of the cut out holes. Since Copper is a pliable metal, I cut up a garden hose to guard it from cutting. Still waiting for my $800.00 rebate information
