Integrity Pool Care is great. We have our winter home in Scottsdale and when we come home, our pool and jacuzzi are always serviced and clean. Every month even when we're not there, they continue excellent service to any pumps that are out, and our pool is always clean and ready for us. Thank you Integrity Pool Care.

They did a great job rebuilding my spa and intalling a 400k btu propane heater. They even helped me troubleshoot some items over the phone and came back to help fix the pump (issues that were not any fault of theirs). Overall, they were great, in good contacy with me, and were pros at installing the heater and rebuilding the spa. Would recommend highly and use again.

I love that I can depend on Terrell to fix my Jacuzzi for a fair and reasonable amount. Just the fact that he is so trustworthy and will do his job unsupervised even when I am not able to be home. I have used him for over a year now and will continue to call on Integrity Pool Service for all of my Spa needs.

Terrell is highly reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. He has been maintaining our pool and small fountain biweekly. He does a very good job at a reasonable price. We are totally satisfied with his services.

Jason was outstanding. Got here at a good time and was quick. Explained everything to me and did not pressure me or up sell me. Appreciated the way in which he worked with me and would recommend anyone that uses Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools asks for him.

Cole was awesome! He arrived within 1st half hour of appt. window and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had the part needed in his truck and replaced it quickly. He was here and gone in approximately 25 minutes. Very courteous , efficient and professional!

Jason was absolutely magnificent.He repaired my pool the same day through my home warranty . The whole experience with this company was absolutely fantastic. The girl on the phone squeezed me in same day so that the pool didn't go green. Jason went overboard to make sure everything was running properly before he left.
I can't say enough good things about this company!

Steven was willing to attend to my concern of the back pump leg not being fully on the platform the new pump was sitting on. He came back to assess the situation and corrected it without hesitation.

I called Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools to have my pool light diagnosed. Cole and Jason came out and did the diagnostics on the light. They were punctual, Knowledgeable and very friendly. They quickly evaluated the pool and determined that the light was bad. They put me in contact with the light manufacturer and gave me great direction on my next steps. I really appreciate their kindness and knowledge as I have been dealing with this issue for a few months now with no success.. I feel like they are honest and did not try to take it advantage of someone that does not know anything about this issue. It’s nice to know there are Still some good honest people out there. I will definitely utilize them in the future. Once again, thank you very much Jason and Cole. You are wonderful.

Steven was so helpful & took the time to not only explain but show me what was being fixed with our pump. He answered a handful of questions I had in regards to our pool, answering them with care and in detail. Steven was efficient and thorough, fixing our pool pump leak the same day. We needed a new boiler installed for our pool and hot tub and Steven with Green 2, Crystal Clear Pools did an outstanding job and provided great service for a reasonable price!!!!

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair with precision. The motor now runs smoothly and quietly. His work was timely, clean, and thorough. I've had a few different companies come do some work and repairs over the past couple years and Steven and Carina were by far the best I've worked with. Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools will definitely be my first call for anything pool related and I would suggest the same for everyone.

I had a leak on my Hayward variable speed 1.5hp pump. Cole came out and did a quick diagnosis and got it replaced in about 20min. Thank you Cole!

Had to get my pool filter and motor replaced and Karina was able to get a service out to me asap and get replaced. Cody did a great job in replacing and going over in detail what he replaced and the functions of the new filter. Highly recommend Green 2 Crystal Clear pools!!

Steven stopped by today for a very loud motor that sounded like any day now it was ready to burn out. He quickly found the issue, repaired it and it sounds good as new. I appreciate the quick response, knowledge and friendliness.

Had a fracture occur on my filter housing and, after a huge struggle with my home warranty and a different bad pool company, Cole got sent out. He was knowledgable, reasonable, quick, easy to communicate with, and perhaps best of all early.
After just one quick visit we had things sorted out and scheduled to get my filter fixed and running again.
Cole did great on the replacement and final check up too!
