I have used Scottsdale Tree trimmers before so consequently when I needed to have 2 huge Jacarandas removed I called them. The estimate was appropriate, the crew does a thorough, excellent work. They chip the tree and remove the stump in QuickTime! Not disappointed and gladly will use them again. I also think The arborist is helpful should problems arise with my cypress trees.

Joe came for an estimate for two trees to be trimmed in our front yard. I agreed to the price and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. I asked for a crew that has been with the company for a while and was told I woukd have Brandon’s crew. I was given a window of 12-2p. I told him I had an appointment that morning from 10-11a so they couldn’t come early. He said that was not a problem. Monday comes around and I get a phone call from Brandon at 915a and they are nearby and want to come early. Way early. I tell him no and about what Joe and I talked about and tell him they can come anytime after 11a. He tells me they won’t be in the area any longer and they will have to call me later to reschedule. Against my better judgement when Brandon calls me back, I reschedule for Friday between 8-9a. I am assured I will have his crew and they will be here no later then 9a. Friday rolls around and i get a knock on the door at 9a and there is no Brandon. Instead it is someone named Levi who has only been with the company for a month. Again not what I asked for or agreed to. At this point I just need the trees done so I tell him to go ahead. I also call and ask for Joe to call me back, which he still hasn’t done. Big mistake. The trees look like someone cut them with a butter knife, with no rhyme or reason to what they cut off, and the mess they left behind was unbelievable. There were rocks in the street and on the sidewalk, branches and twigs and flowers all over the yard, etc. My husband spent over and hour out there this weekend and still hasn’t gotten everything picked up. I would definitely look elsewhere for your tree trimming needs. They don’t keep their promises, no follow through and can’t even be bothered to call me back. BEWARE.

They gave a very detailed estimate, explained the process and showed us pics of who would be coming out to do the work. They were very courteous and did an excellent job! We will recommend them in the future.

On May 31st, I made an appointment for their sales rep to come to my house to quote the cost for trimming 5 trees. The rep was scheduled to come Tuesday afternoon, June 4th. I spoke with him this afternoon and he confirmed that he would be at my house at 1:30 PM Five minutes prior to the agreed to arrival, he called me and stated that my house is outside of his company's service territory and he cancelled the meeting. I stayed home this afternoon to meet with him. I will never use this company as they cannot be trusted. They got one star only because this system required a star to post a review. They do not deserve any stars!

Received a quote the next day, and booking the following week. Super quick and easy and the team was very professional, did a great job, and we’re done quickly. Highly recommend!

I think the site is really engaging and shows they know what to do with their servicing, and run the company in a professional, orderly manor!

Dan's crew does a great job! They removed some downed tress for me. They were extremely careful not to do any additional damage to my property. I would definitely use them for tree removal again.

I have been having trouble finding good work when it comes to yard work.. Not anymore. I called Scottsdale Tree Trimmers and a young man by the name of Joe showed up the next day for a quote. I trusted him to take care of my home while I was gone on business and when I came home, I was truly impressed. I’ve always been skeptical about not being around while work was being done where I live, but not anymore. Came home and almost didn’t recognize my place! I will be scheduling more work for the backyard within the following weeks. Thanks again Joe!!

We had an enormous saguaro cactus removed, and they did a great job. They started around noon and were done around 7:20. Because of the great void left in our yard, they planted 2 arms from the original saguaro and hopefully, those will grow nicely. Dan was a great negotiator on price and the 2-man crew was courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I said it once and I'll keep saying it there's a difference between a tree trimmer and an Arborist, and that difference is nuance. When Dan came to our house to give us an estimate for the tree work to be done, he was very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He explained everything about the work to be done, who would be doing it, and how it would benefit our landscape and yard. We look forward to working with him for many, many years to come. I called for our friends who needed a very large healthy tree trimmed quickly. The office was very professional. When Dan came out he explained everything, As an Arborist should, he examined the health of the tree. He gave me a presentation of what would be trimmed and a written quote. The crew was professional and cleaned up as they went. I will absolutely use them and refer them again!

After having a tree killed years ago by "going cheap", this time I looked for an expert. Dan Riggs and his staff were the ones I picked. I was not disappointed either. Dan came out when he said he would, explained what should be done and why, and his staff were there 2 days later. They were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. These guys killed it. Jimmy was the main trimmer and did an awesome job. They were on time and professional. And even went above and beyond with their clean up and removal. The price was exactly as quoted and they got it done efficiently. I would recommend for any of your tree needs

American Tree Masters are the best! Dan came out and gave me a very detailed estimate for all the trees on the property and explained everything in detail. The crew that came out were awesome. This was the first time I had used Dan and his team. I needed them to remove a very large cactus that was leaning and ready to fall. Dan did an excellent job explaining the details of the work, he was very professional and knowledgeable. His team actually showed up a little earlier than they committed, they removed the cactus being very careful not to damage my property, did the work in the time that was estimated and left the property as if noone had been there. Just an excellent job! Would strongly recommend these guys!!
