Arcadia Tree Co just removed 4 mature trees and their stumps from my yard. Their crew was prompt, efficient, and very courteous during the process. They cleaned up the mess leaving my yard as if the trees or they were never there!
I am very pleased with their work and work ethics.

Beware of this companies scare tactics. They will call you and tell you that your tree *may* die in an effort to sell you on removing a tree. Unsurprisingly, the tree is still alive. If the tree lives on, I will have one friend post a 1-star review for every month that the tree lives.

Update: I stand behind this review and this companies inability to do its job correctly. 6
Months now after they told me the tree has a “maybe 10% chance of living”, see the picture attached. It’s thriving and I hope this company isn’t.

I have been searching for a company to trim my trees but heard and read so many reviews about people getting trees destroyed by being trimmed incorrectly. I searched for an arborist and learned there is a difference between an arborist and a certified arborist. Arcadia Tree sent their certified arborist to look at my trees and discuss what was needed. I felt confident and he actually spent time with me and I didn’t feel he was in a rush to get to his next appointment. I scheduled and the guys showed up. They reviewed the job and then started the work. They cleaned up after themselves and the walked through the job. Would absolutely use them again which is the biggest recommendation I can make. Thanks guys!

I have been using Arcadia tree company for 3 years and highly recommend them . Dave is as honest and reliable as they come, his word and pricing have always been solid. I have had emergency work to be done due to weather related issues & his team has showed up quickly. When Arcadia Tree Co.

I recently had a large eucalyptus removed from my back yard thanks to alberts well organized team and equipment they were able to get it done in a day the arborist at hand was amazing and knowledgeable in the whole process thank you BRANCH MANAGMENT LLC .you guys made my wife and i really happy we will stay in touch for sure............

We were given a fair price for the removal of the Oleander in our backyard. Overall our experience was great and we will certainly use this company again for services.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my ficus trimmed and pruned by Margarito. Afterwards, it was given nutrients. While it looks skimpy now, it looks so much healthier. I am excited about the spring and how it will blossom. Excellent! And, Thanks to Albert for facilitating! Well done.

We had a large tree and 6 overgrown bushes that needed to be removed. Dr. Dave came and gave us a more than reasonable quote. They scheduled within the week, cut down the woods, and ground the stumps. The work was timely, safe, and impeccable. What impressed me the most was that the clean up was neat and tidy for such a messy job! Oh, and I received some advice from Dr. Dave on how to care for a cactus! Kuddos!

Interesting. We can't get a return call. We left messages with a person for over a week and never got a return call to come for follow up treatment. That says a lot. Very disappointing.

The 'doctor' part is for real -- these folks don't just cut and trim. They take care of the health of your trees. I felt really cared for and in trusted hands. Don't hesitate to use this service. Professional staff, reliable, inspiring confidence, and won't dent your budget.

We have used Branch for several years to maintain our large Pine and other trees. They have alway been prompt, respectful and do clean efficient work while being careful with the existing landscape. They are knowledgeable, offer real world advice, not just what we wanted to hear. Today they are here removing 50 year old PIne 45 plus feet tall. I can say this...I would refer them to anyone needing quality Arbor advice and tree maintenance.

I have approximately 20 palms of varying types throughout my property, many of them are browning. I needed a pro to access their condition so I had Dave Schmidt come out. He accessed them and obviously new what the problem was and how to treat them as well as educate me regarding the on going maintenance. His team was prompt, very professional throughout the process. We discovered one error that was made by his team and it was quickly corrected. No excuses, he just took care of it. I will be using Dave to treat my palms on an ongoing bases.

I had some queen palms that were dying. Dave and his crew were able to diagnose the issue, fertilize the palms and showed me how to care for them. I didn’t lose any of the trees and I’m happy to report that a year later, they are thriving and doing much better. He really cares about landscaping and plants and is extremely knowledgeable.

Dave Schmidt the owner of Branch Mgmt. Tree Service is a crook. My name is Dominic and I was a salesman for Dave for many years. I left Dave and opened my own tree business for awhile. I then decided to change my scope of work and went into landscape install. My wife has worked as my secretary for 18 years. So, she knows the industry and she is an awesome people person. I was doing sales for my own landscape install company and came back to do sales for Dave to help him out when he was hospitalized shortly before his secretary quit. When his secretary quit, I asked my wife Theresa to work for Dave and help him out until he could find someone new. We got the business out of the hole and back to making money. Only problem is when Dave got out of the hospital and was feeling better. He was more interested in Dave's finer things in life than paying people he owed money to. Dave owes me over $20,000 and refuses to pay. We have made several attempts to work with him and come to some sort of agreement or payment plan with Dave even offering to take significantly less than what I'm owed. I saved Branch Mgmt. Tree Service from going under just to have Dave refuse to pay commissions owed to me. In the beginning he would blame in on that he was in the hospital and that he hadn't fully recovered financially and that he didn't have the extra. I would agree to wait till next payday. He would pay my current commissions owed but would rarely give me the extra pay he agreed to give me on past commissions that I'm owed. He would argue that he didn't have it and that he would compensate him on his next check. Well that went on for so long that Dominic finally told Dave he would not sell anymore work for him until he paid him some of what he owed him. In the beginning Dave would said okay, I understand and I have every intention of paying you what I owe you. He would claim that he is a Christian and so we could trust his word. Well, now Dave says he's not paying nothing to Dominic and for Dominic to do what ever he needs to do. I told him months ago if he didn't start paying that I was going to make sure people know the real David Schmidt. Read through the reviews here on yelp. You'll see nothing but good reviews when I'm involved and bad reviews when Dave is involved. He is a very rude person to customers. I would always have to take the phone calls because he is a hot head and people don't really like him. I just want you all to know before you do business with him, that he does not pay his business debts. I also would tell you to never give him a deposit for work to be done. He is in several lawsuits with people just like my me and they also stopped working because they had agreements on pay with Dave and then Dave would screw them in the end. The employees aren't the problem with this company, they do excellent work. Hopefully they figure out his tactics before they become victims also.

Very, very impressed! Right on time and excellent work and excellent price. Our trees never looked so good. We have no doubts about using Branch Management in the future.

This company was so responsive to our needs, went above and beyond even going out to treat different tree farms to find us the perfect trees. We had lost two ash trees in the summer due to heat they really went above and beyond.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. I've never used an actual arborist before and I'm glad that I happened upon this team on my first go round. From the beginning they were professional and informative. On the day of the job, the crew showed up within the alloted time frame, knocked out my never before pruned tree, gave it some much needed vitamins and made a well around it. Their quote for me was fair and very reasonable. I most certainly will call upon them again!

We were told by other companies that most of our trees were beyond saving, so we decided to have them removed and go with desert landscaping. A friend mentioned Branch Management, and how they saved a 100 year old oak for her, so I gave them a call. Needless to say, ALL 46 of our trees, including the walnut and citrus are THRIVING today, 2 years later! These guys know their stuff, and their customer service goes above and beyond! Thank You again guys, you stopped us from making a huge, costly mistake!
