Dagan, Martin, and their team were wonderful to work with. We had a flood in our condo building that caused serious damage to half of our unit. Not only did they restore the areas that were destroyed, but we also did some light kitchen remodeling in the process (since we were essentially down to the studs). They were extremely communicative - which had not been our experience with another company. They also worked well with the HOA/building staff and the various building rules/regs. I highly recommend Blacktail Construction and Restoration. They're a solid team.

We had a bad rain storm come through Phoenix and water started leaking through the roof and into the loft area through the drywall.

We called Dagan and his team and he was at our house in 15 minutes with no questions asked. Him and his coworker went up on the roof with a tarp and blocked off the area of concern. The leak stopped and we were able to get through the night and look into getting it fixed.

While this was happening, the rain picked up extremely. Instead of getting off the roof and not fixing the leak, Dagan and his coworker stayed up in the roof until the job was done. To top it off, Dagan didn’t charge us a dime for stopping the leak.

After Dagan got down from the roof, he talked to us and set us up with option for roof repair and drywall repair.

Dagan and his team have done two jobs on my property. First they covered an indoor concrete floor with a beautiful and color-matched coating, after a general contractor had brought in two other companies whose work I rejected.
Then his crew supervised a rather complicated tear down and rebuild of a section of my pool deck that had been lifted off the pool basin causing a gap between pool deck and basin.
The demo did not cause any more problems than I already had. He identified the tree root which was the cause of the deck lifting and discussed all options out me before deciding how to proceed.
We cut it, the tree is alive.
The his team refurbished my whole pool and patio cool deck.
Good communication. The team is respectful and skilled.
I don’t review much— I’m an old grumpy guy. But this team dependable.
