My husband and I spent years researching tankless hot water heaters (they've come a LONG ways) so when our standard hot water heater could barely last through one shower, we had enough and invested in a tankless gas unit through AZ Water Solutions. In addition to being thrilled and amazed at having endless (seriously... endless!!!) hot water with two showers running at the same time, we even pulled off running a load of laundry too! NEVER running out of hot water! Not only is it energy efficient, it also takes up less space in the garage. Initially we were still slightly skeptical, however the answers and explanations that Kelley was able to provide in addition to the lengthy warranty, any doubts and concerns we had were alleviated. We've had our tankless heater for over 6 months and have zero regrets! Well, maybe that we hadn't installed it sooner! Thanks Kelley!

AZ Water Solutions has by far been the best choice we've made as far as any installations at home are concerned. We ran into them randomly through a google search and our first conversation with Kelley was so professional and thorough that we didn't even consider any other company for our water softener after that. Kelly heard our concerns and requirements very patiently and provided very reasonable responses to each followed by recommendation of the product that best suits our needs and budget. It was followed by quick installation and she checked with us at every step of the way to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. So far, we have not had any issue at all. Installer was a plumber with complete knowledge of the system. He detected a leak in our drain pipe didn’t leave until system up and running. His attention to detail was amazing. System working perfectly as expected. Super high quality. Two thumbs up
