I'm very pleased with the service that Joseph provided our home. He was polite, professional, clean and thorough with all that he did. Our A/C sounds much better and after 7 years without service I can feel assured that each year with their maintenance that the unit will work for years to come! The personnel that installed the water softener system was very professional in doing their job. Their attitude was very friendly and they made sure that the installation was done met our satisfaction I give them five stars in doing job well done.

The valve to my water heater was practically flowing from a leak, Ruben Salazar was here within 20 minutes and had it fixed and replaced in an hour. All after 6pm.

They sent out Jay M. for a quick flush and anode rod replacement of my unit. Jay was professional, worked quickly and and answered all my questions. He also went above and beyond when I needed a report about old staining from a previous unit in order to sell my house. Jay quickly responded and wrote his professional assessment and explained in detail the condition of the current unit which allowed us to mark off costly repair requests prior to selling our home. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Loved the technician Ruben that was sent out. Took the time to go over why the issue occurred, show us how the system was installed correctly, and also gave us a few options to deal with the issue within our budget.

Jay was friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond plumbing issues. He went to the Dollr Store to buy vinegar to clean my showerhead with. He told me how to clean it, also he cleaned the hard water stains after installing the new faucet in the kitchen. Pleasant experience!

I'd like to mention the great job that Alejandro Torres did for my wife and I today. I recently purchased a new gas stove and realized the gas fitting on the wall was not in a ideal location for the new stove. I contacted Rite Way and they agreed to send Alejandro over the next day. He asked if it was okay to show up early and I was very happy with that! Although he was only there to assess the situation and provide an estimate, he prescribed a much easier solution that he was able to accomplish quickly, thoroughly and professionally while he was there. I'm very impressed with the courteousness and professionalism of everybody I've dealt with and would recommend them to anyone in Sierra Vista.

Jay Malliet and his co-worker arrived right on time this morning. They got right to work and flushed my hot water heater. Great job. Jay found the water turn-off outside would not turn. He recommended having it changed out. I will do that after the first of the year. He checked all my faucets inside the house. He answered all my questions. I learned a lot! I was very pleased with this service.

I just want to thank Charlene. Valerie. And most of all Javier and Marco for the fantastic job they have done!!! These guys are amazing. Completed the job in 2 1/2 days . Removed my 2 swamp coolers and capped the roof. Explained everything as they went. Javier and Marco showed up right at 8 am everyday and worked so hard. If you want it done right call Arizona Comfort Systems. The BEST OF THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!. I had called other businesses but they do not hold a candle to Arizona Comfort Systems. Never once did they push to make the sale. Just informed and found the best price for my needs.The guys cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell that they had been there.. Thank you so much!!

Outstanding customer service! The team of 2 did a fantastic job installing our septic system. They were careful and respectful of the surrounding property and kept us informed throughout the job. End result: a passed inspection, a new septic system that will last for years, and a very happy Homeowner! Thank you, Rite Way!

The furnace. was going to nickel and dime us, so we decided to fully replace it. The two young men did a nice job and finished fairly quick. Took about 5 hours to remove the old one and install the new one. Thank you 😊

The guys on the installation were very good at their jobs. I was very impressed. Matt and crew were in and out without any problems that they couldn’t handle on the spot.
