My water mains broke. They responded quickly, located the leak and repaired it. Explained everything in detail, were very professional and priced reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good experience. However, company should not allow their employees to enter homes without a mask or proof of vaccination. I am going to ask for that, before we do business again. The 6 ft social distancing outside is good..not so much for inside.

The plumbers showed up in time, performed the repair quickly and professionally. The quality of the workmanship was very high. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Just bought a house and by the pool there was a leak. As you can imagine the worse came to mind. So I called in an emergency work order and Dave came out. Within seconds he knew exactly what to do. You can only imagine the stress that was going on but seeing Dave immediately fix the problem that all went away. There are still very very good people out there. Appreciate you guys a lot!

The Best in Sierra Vista. Easy and quick to schedule a service call. The Technician was prompt, courteous, and provided an explanation and estimate of work to complete the job. Work was completed quickly and got things flowing again at a reasonable cost.

Crew was friendly, professional, skilled and worked into the evening to get us out of a situation. They worked very hard and took few breaks. Were able to fully explain any questions we had as to why they did what they did and foresaw future problems that were rectified during the course of the work. I have been a union member of the plumbing and pipefitting trade for over 45 years as a worker, foreman and superintendant and can vouch for this company. Will definitely use the when the occasion arises. 5 stars with no reservations.

Simply amazing!!! by far ther best in the business. my AC wasn't working, Aaron came same day (because he got finished with another job early), he found the problem quickly, they worked with my homeowner's insurance company and he came back to fix my AC later this afternoon immediately after getting the okay from home shield. Aaron really cared about getting the job done. he even went into detail, explained and showed me what he was doing and what was wrong. I cant thank them enough for caring and wanting to make sure our home was cool and we were taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations, I wish other companies would follow their example. I will always use Sierra Vista Plumbing and I recommend them to everyone!

I called Sierra Vista Plumbing twice this year to repair my air conditioner and then to fix up my heater for the winter. They were quick and helpful and everything is working perfectly now. Great service!

Put in a ticket with American home shield and got this company. I received a text saying I would be contacted the next day, after hearing nothing two days later I called and was told they hadn’t gotten to me yet and someone would contact me. Another three days pass so I call to find out what’s going on they tell me my appointment is from 2-3 and that they tried contacting me. I had no missed calls or messages but I tell my boss I have to leave early to get my AC fixed. I get home and no one shows. I call the next day and they said no one was home at 2:05 when the tech arrived so I probably just missed him. This is false because my daughter was home and said no one came to my house. Then they offered to come next week when my wife or I would have to take off work again. I’m calling AHS right now to make them aware of the company they’re using.

So my son needed a new pea trap installed under his sink. They came out and wanted $500 for less than 1 hour in labor and about $35 in materials. That is over $450 an hour! Sorry but how can any business owner sleep at night taking extreme advantage of people like that? What happened to hourly plus materials not by the job robbery!

I’ve used Sierra Vista Plumbing for about 10 years for two different houses. They’ve done everything from complex jobs like diagnosing and rerouting pipe lines from underground pipe leaks, to basic plumbing jobs and water heater installs. Their work is top notch and always includes the best materials and workmanship. If you want ANY plumbing job done right they are your company. After dealing with other plumbers cheap workmanship I’ll never use any other plumber in Sierra Vista. I never worry when they do a job or when I have a plumbing issue because they always get it right! Highly recommended.

Sierra Toyota recently began using Sierra Vista Plumbing, Inc, when another company was unable to complete repairs to our commercial building. They helped us tackle an overdue A/C problem involving lines 40 feet in the air without a problem. Since, we have used them for all of our plumbing and air conditioning needs due to their professionalism, quick response times, quality of work and fair pricing.

Sierra Vista plumbing is a great company. They did a great job, very friendly and professional! Will be calling them again for all our future needs.

So I Scheduled an appointment with Sierra Vista Plumbing Company to repair a kitchen sink faucet sprayer, simple right...? while waiting for my appointment I spoke with two(2) other plumbing companies, (Struse Plmg and Mr Fix-it) and one company, (Mr Fix-it) never even returned my phone call after visiting there office two days in a row after I went back the second day since they didn't reply after the first day and still haven't heard from them....! The other company said they don't make this quick connect anymore and you'll have to replace the faucet....! Huh...?!?!

So in any event, David and Patrick showed up at my house the day of my appointment and within there window and on time. I explained the Situation to David and he crawled under my kitchen sink, told his partner Patrick hey, "I need these tools and a Flashlight. So within just a few minutes, he said , well this is just a quick-connect and with no more than 5 minutes, he was finished, repair and installation was completed....! David was a true professional, and his partner Patrick, so I ask you, what does this say about about those two(2) other Plumbing companies...? I Explained everything to them as I did to David from Sierra Vista Plumbing and you see what they said to me up top there, so I wil ask you.... as a consumer, who are you gonna call when you need a plumbing repair...? I can tell you, without question, I'm calling Sierra Vista Plumbing, True Professionals, Very Knowledgeable, On Time, and David Knew his product.

Today I had a plumbing emergency. Sierra Vista Plumbing was responsive and called me back to schedule a time to get a plumber out even though the day was already booked. Even though I was able to find a plumber, I am so thankful to Sierra Vista Plumbing in trying to work around their time to help me.

I called Sierra Vista plumbing to fix a clog in my sewer system. David came the same day and fixed the problem. Their technicians are very knowledgeable as well as respectful. If you have a plumbing or air conditioning problem call them first, you won't need to call anyone else.
