BFS Home Warranty

I'm on my second year with a no deductible Premium Home Warranty with BFS. This includes a yearly 5 point tune up for 2 HVAC units, freon, water heater, appliances, garbage disposal, plumbing line clearing up to 6 ft, inside electrical, circuit boards and unknown preexisting conditions. My experience with this family run company has been exceptional. A third party company had previously informed me I needed a new whip for my HVAC and my coils cleaned. When I called BFS they said let us come out and take a look first when we do your tune up because many times those recommendations aren't warranted. We did need a new whip but it was determined we did not need the coils cleaned. Technician Greer came out to install a new whip, and he took pictures and explained everything. He went above and beyond checking our thermostat and replacing the batteries while demonstrating everything he was doing so we could do it ourselves in the future. The service from BFS is honest, transparent and professional. If it's something that's not covered under warranty, the owner goes above and beyond to try and accommodate and come up with a solution for the home owner. We are thankful for this excellent service from BFS.
