Our washing machine broke so I completed the on line request for service at 6AM. Bobbie called me at 9AM and we scheduled a service call for the same day. Christina called me to say she was on her way and arrived approximately 20 minutes later. Christina was professional and friendly. She politely chatted for a minute and then went to diagnose the problem. After running the diagnostics she isolated the problem. Unfortunately the repair cost exceeded the benefit and we decided to replace rather than repair. Afterwards we asked for her recommendation for a replacement. Her friendly input was appreciated. A good experience.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. Cristina has been called able to repair a few of my appliances that I thought had reached their life expectancy, and she is persistent until she accomplishes the task at hand. It's much more convenient and less expensive to repair than to replace!
