Constraction reviews in Sun City, Arizona

Extreme Dreamz has taken care of all our landscape and hardscape projects that we have done over the last 5 years. Including a new outdoor kitchen, putting green and pool decking. I don’t trust anyone else in the valley to work as efficiently and professionally as their team.

Extreme Dreamz is a reputable company. After interviewing 5+ companies to do a 100k+ job we decided on Extreme Dreamz. Primarily because Lonny's team was transparent and itemized the costs of the project and had artistic vision for our backyard that was functional. We could not be happier with the work his team has done!

The "team lead" assigned to our project was readily available throughout the day, answering all questions and making any adjustments as needed. Lonny was often on sight and was meticulous on the workmanship. The tile, paver and turf install was done with precision and the outdoor kitchen and pergolas look great!

The price was slightly higher than a majority of the other companies but you pay for what you get! In the past I went with the cheaper option and in the end it cost me far more. Extreme Dreamz provides artistic vision, quality workmanship, efficiency, and transparency, while maintaining a clean professional atmosphere. Do your homework and see for yourself Extreme Dreamz will make your backyard dreams a reality!

Extreme Dreamz built our oasis in the desert!
We couldn't be happier!
We recommend Extreme Dreamz to anyone wanting a beautiful pool and landscape.

Extreme Dreamz completed our front yard landscaping and backyard with a pool. Exceptional quality work with great communication. We get lots of compliments on our landscaping and would highly recommend to anyone needing these services.

Extreme Dreamz was incredible! We had a vision and they exceeded what we ever thought was possible. Thank you Lonny and the team for turning our dream into a reality. It truly was an amazing investment into our family!

Extreme Dreamz did a beautiful job on our front and back yard. We really didnt know what we wanted at the time, so we asked Lonny to make it colorful, green, and beautiful. Needless to say, he did not disappoint. From the firepit to the built-in grill and the cozy sitting area, we could not be happier. He definitely takes pride in his work, and it shows. We also have Extreme Dreamz do our monthly maintenance on our yard.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Lonny and his team. They are all very professional and detailed. Our front yard was completely transformed with an updated modern look. We highly recommend Extreme Dreamz. We are looking forward to our next project together. .

The whole entire team at Extreme Dreamz is amazing. They were able to truly create a dream pool and backyard for me. They are very professional and communicate with you every step of the way. The work was done quickly and with the highest quality. It is hard to find someone to trust with this kind of work, no need to look any further trust this team and they won’t let you down. I would recommend them to anyone.

Extreme Dreamz helped build our pool and transform our backyard into a place where we love hanging out. They worked with us closely and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. They are a very talented team and I am glad we chose them to build our pool. 5 stars!

We have had the pleasure of working with Extreme Dreamz for over four years across hundreds of projects, and we truly cannot say enough good things about them. After a devastating flood in our home located in Paradise Valley, AZ, they helped us completely redesign and rebuild our backyard, turning a very difficult situation into something beautiful and enjoyable again. Their team went above and beyond at every step, always making themselves available and ready to help whenever we needed anything.

Lonny, Ronny, and the entire team have always been there for us to answer any and every question — even our more than we would like to admit weird requests :) — with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They are truly amazing people who have become like family to us. They bring such a personal touch to everything they do and genuinely make you feel like part of their family throughout the entire process.

What sets Extreme Dreamz apart is their ability to truly listen while also providing expert guidance. They designed our entire backyard exactly the way we envisioned it, while offering thoughtful ideas and professional insight that helped us bring our plans to life even better than we imagined. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey with them as we redesign our front yard in the coming year, and we truly can’t wait to see it come to life. Their craftsmanship, communication, and dedication are unmatched, and they consistently deliver high-quality work with care and pride.

We are incredibly grateful for their partnership over the years and would wholeheartedly recommend Extreme Dreamz to anyone looking for a team that is talented, dependable, and genuinely committed to their clients.

Cliff is a great guy and great to work with. Always does what he says and I enjoy working with him.

Cliff managed TIs for me at an office building and did a great job. He’s a great communicator and problem solver.

Even after five years, we're still thrilled with our pretty much whole house remodel. Couldn't be more pleased to recommend this man (Cliff) and his company to anyone needing the services of a contractor.

Cliff is a professional you can trust that won't jerk you around. He'll give you the true facts and let you make an educated decision on your project.
