A great family business. We moved in, and had a fairly neglected pool. Algae and other issues. We called a few first google search hits- companies. None were able to service us or charged abnormal amounts of money. But Nautilus Pool Care took us on their route.
Rick is fantastic. He got the water crystal clear within a few days (we had a heavy case of algae), and since he maintains it on a weekly basis. Hes extremely knowledgeable and super fair priced.
We get our main chemicals through him, theyre always a deal and cheaper than in stores, but the same product.
Our original filter was to small for our pool size and aged and weathered. We got a new filter, clean water, help with setting up a VAC, and control valves (that were all gone) replaced.
He works fast and is extremely detailed.
