Great company for a simple drain cleaning even better for electroncic leak detection .if you want a truley honest opinion about your plumbing from a guy with years of experience give them a call he doesn't fix any plumbing issues so he has no vested intrest . This is a great way to get a service you need and an opinion you can count on . Thanx for the years of service ..😁

At around 6am in the morning all of our bathroom drains overflowed....no toilets or showers. I called a few drain cleaners and Darrels could get there the earliest. The tech showed up and was polite and friendly. I explained my issue, he glanced at one of the bathrooms and said he knew what the issue was. He then went and started cleaning the main drain. About half way through he asked me to flush the toilets, I did and told them that there were bubbles coming up (in my limited plumbing experience that usually means that it is going to clog). He went back and snaked some more, then he came inside and said he was done. I went and flushed (he never walked back into the bathrooms) and again told him there were bubbles. He said that there may be bubbles for a while until everything flows through the pipe. I paid him $100 and he left. There was very little activity in the bathrooms all day other than an occasional flush. At 6pm the very same evening, my daughter takes a quick shower and 'glug glug glug' not only is everything clogged again, it was WORSE than this morning. We called Darrels immediately and were informed that they only work from 8am-4pm, their business hours, they would be out at 8am the next morning. We asked if they could make an exception so that we did not have to go through the evening with no toilets and they said no. I called the other drain cleaners and one was out within the hour. He thoroughly checked all of the drains in all of the bathrooms because he was concerned that the main drain had just been cleaned and yet we still had clogs. He determined it was the main drain, went out and snaked it and within 30 mins all drains were cleared. He offered us a 15 day warranty and charged us $99. I called Darrels to cancel the next day service and told them that since they did not clear our drains I would not pay the $100, but only $50 since their tech did come out. They refused and said that they would give me a $25 refund and said that since I did not let them make it right. It my mind, if they truly wanted to make it right they would come out and fix it and not make us wait 14 hours....after a heated conversation where Darrel started yelling at me, claiming fraud and throwing insults (I said there were 5 adults in this house who need a bathroom - our 3 college kids live at home - by saying it wasn't his fault I was running an old folks home out of our house). Anyway he started yelling at me and sputtering so that I couldn't understand a word he said, when he stopped I asked if he was done and HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

Needless to say, I would not recommend Darrels to my family or friends. Which stinks because I like using the smaller, local businesses but when the service they provide is sub-par (which includes their 8-4pm hours, my bank is open more), they charge more, AND then start yelling at you when you have complaints, well that's when I go to the bigger guys who will give me the service I expect and deserve. If I yelled at someone at work the way he yelled at me I wouldn't have a job for long....

I had Darrel out to unclog a toilet. He was extremely prompt and fixed our issue right away. I will use Darrels Drain Cleaning from now on and recommend him to all my friends!

I have used Darrell on many residential and commercial jobs to locate sewer lines and provide video footage for clients. Also clears drains and is very knowledgeable about plumbing, pipes and drainage. Highly recommend.

I would give NO STARS if it were allowed. I hired Darryl for a plumbing scope and paid him at the time of service. He never provided a report as promised and never sent a refund as promised. Avoid him unless you want to get ripped off, like I did.

Service was easy to schedule and Darrel and his helper actually arrived early (which was great) and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably-priced. Recommended.

Darrel is an expert at locating an under the slab pipe leak. He is fast, honest and he'll give you the best advise for your issue. He calls back after and answers the customers questions. I hope I don't have another leak but if I do Darrel is the guy I will call. Thanks Darrel! Ken

We were very pleased with Darells' services, we had an emergency with our pool and got an appointment in less than 24h, he came on time early morning and was very quick, very efficient. He found our cleanout (that we had been looking for during the past 2 months) in 15mn. we asked him at the end if he had the recording of our sewer lines and he said he didn't record, but nicely suggested to do it and we really appreciated it. Price wise, I shopped around and Darells had the best price compared to other cleanout locators.

Brandon went above & beyond. He was quick to respond and showed up on time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had an issue with the drains backing up at one of our rentals, so I Called Darrel's Drain Cleaning and the issue was resolved within 25 minutes of his arrival, and it only cost $75 inclusive. Now, in 2017 that's true value for money! Highly recommended

Great prices and Great Service! We have used Darrel of Darrels Drain Service in Phoenix for the last 8 or more years for all our rentals because he is experienced and knows what he is doing. He has always done a fantastic job whether it be a fast response, cleaning out the sewer line or locating the hidden clean-outs and issues in the lines with his scope kit. I recommend him to anyone looking to get the job done right the first time and quickly. I believe Kim answers the initial calls and I've found her to be pleasant to work with as well.

I had this gentleman come to my house for my kitchen sink. He was amazing and polite, and respectful. He had my drains cleared with-in 10 minutes. He also had the patience to show me a few things on my drain lines, cuz I snaked my drain and it didn't work, but didn't realize I had a drain plug on my wall outside my house, he showed me the rest I need to do next time. But if I owned my own house and not rent, I would call them again in a heart beat.
