Worst service ever

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made an appointment at 4:15 PM called them back at 4:40 PM same day to cancel the appointment as we were able to resolve the problem. The person booking the appointment stated that their would be a $20 cancelation fee even though it was 2 days before the appointment and only 25 minutes after I made the appointment. RIDICULOUS! 0 stars if possible.

This company is the best when it comes to appliance repair. We’ve had them fix everything from our washing machine to our refrigerator, and they always do an excellent job. The technicians are professional, friendly, and really know their stuff. They’re quick to respond, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Tru Appliance Repair for both dishwasher repair and an oven that wouldn’t heat properly. They always show up on time and explain everything clearly.

NEVER AGAIN! The amount of the repair was more than the fridge was worth. Guess I’m lucky only cost $125 for an estimate.🙄

We called this company and set up an appointment to get our refrigerator fixed. The guy initially came out quickly and did a quick fix, we wrote a check for a deposit of $500, which has been cashed, and was told parts were being ordered and we would be contacted in 3-5 to business days to schedule the permanent repair. It has been 7 business days and we have heard nothing. We have tried contacting this company and their repair person, the company claims they have no record of us and has hung up on us multiple times (we have record of the phone call to their business on the 29th) and the person who took the deposit has no voicemail. Also strange is the business card he gave when he came to the house has the name of another business (Payson Appliance Repair) and doesn't have the repair guy's actual name. Highly unprofessional, if we are unable to reach someone we will unfortunately have to report the money as stolen.

I am glad that I finally decided to try repair. The technician had exceptional skill and was kind and professional. Everything was done by the staff with real expertise, and he quickly recognized the issue. I am quite pleased with the service.
