Caleb and his crew turned my backyard from an embarrassment into a restful haven. The crew is detail oriented, and even found attractive ways to incorporate /recycle random piles of pavers etc. that I had laying around into the work. I haven’t enjoyed my backyard for years; they found a successful design solution to utilize what was alreay there into a clean integrated whole. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Calob came out gave me an estimate. He provided everything that was on the estimate. The guys that did the work work were fast, yet efficient. They also did a really good job with communication. It was very professional. And I would highly recommend them.

Caleb listened to what I had in mind and showed me what to do to get the most out of my yard with our budget and do it the right way, especially regarding drainage. He is very knowledgeable and I trusted his recommendations completely. We decided on turf and pavers in the back and a section of pavers up by our front door. The crew was kind, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. My kids have been playing outside non-stop since it’s been finished. I am so happy with how the work turned out and I would absolutely recommend Phoenix Outdoor Living time and time again.

This review is a little premature as we are in an inactive part of a two phase operation with Phoenix Outdoor Living, but so far, following Phase 1, which involved a complete replacement of our irrigation system and installation of a new one, along with paving our front patio, driveway, pathways and side yard I can certainly reinforce the many reviews that Caleb has previously received for outstanding communication, clarity of purpose and schedule and general all 'round great attitude toward his work and crew. (Caleb is rarely seen without a broad smile on his face, which, combined with a good listening affect, makes him a delightful project partner.) The crew were also extraordinary -- I worried about them in this awful head last June/July but they all put forth an extreme effort and always tidied up at the end of each work day. Please know that if there is a glitch in the execution of the project, Caleb goes above and beyond to cure it. I'll update the review later after Phase 2 is completed in a few months.

Had a great experience planning and completing my backyard. The whole process was made easy and was provided great information on maintenance after install. Work was not rushed and done professionally and done right the first time. Highly recommend for any small to large landscaping job. They are a all in one stop for your landscaping and backyard design needs. Plus they don't leave the material in the road for weeks like others do. They provide free estimates and estimates are clearly itemized for easy of understanding

I had AJ come to my home to repair some drywall. He is very honest and professional, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. I would highly recommend handy helpers LLC!

I can’t say enough good things about AJ! He has helped take care of and maintain our home for the last 6 months while we’ve been away for work. He drops whatever he is doing and always has a solution. We’ve had some AC maintenance, minor plumbing and normal handyman work & he has taken care of it all. Thunderscapes is phenomenal, my wife had an idea and they made everything so simple. From selecting the plants to the layout, it looks amazing. I'm extremely glad we went with travertine on the existing patio and for the deck, the installers did a great job and knocked it out way faster than I had thought. Thank you!

Thunderscapes did an awesome job on our backyard remodel. They were super responsive when needed. They recently came out to fix a couple of pavers. They were very timely to the concerns I had and got the extremely minor issues addressed quickly.

ThunderScapes did an amazing job on our backyard renovation. We weren't entirely sure what type of landscaping or rocks to choose for around the pool, so one of the guys met us at our house and provided us with several options and he gave his personal opinion on what would look best. We love how it turned out and couldn't recommend them enough!

We used Thunderscapes to do the landscaping along with our pool from Thunderbird Pools. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. The work proceeded very quickly. Thunderscapes provided all new landscaping in the front, side, and backyard around the pool including pavers, travertine decking, fire pit, pergola, built in BBQ, turf, landscape lighting and irrigation and plants. All of the crews were very meticulous and professional. Arturo was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Thunderscapes did our landscaping when Thunderbird Pools installed our swimming pool in 2021. Arturo and his team were fantastic, attentive, timely, and very good at their job. As with all work of this nature, things did not go perfectly. Arturo and Thunderscapes made sure everything was tended to properly and kept me informed along the entire journey.

Recently, I had a plumbing leak in the backyard (in wall, not related to any landscaping). The plumber repairs the leak, but left a hole in the wall and the sprinkler system offline (had to cut sprinkler line to repair leak). Vivian was very responsive and quick to schedule. Thunderscapes came out right away and charged a very fair price to patch the wall and repair sprinkler system.

After comparing bids from multiple design & installation companies, we chose ThunderScapes due to their experienced designer, reputation for quality, & personal recommendations. They walked us through the process of what to expect with their designers to help bring our vision to life while partnering with both their pool & landscape companies, Thunderbird & ThunderScapes met our expectations every time. Their Customer Service department kept us up to date on the next steps in the construction process and were very responsive to our questions and any concerns. We were very pleased with the communication & follow-up throughout the process as both our pool and landscaping were completed in the estimated timeframe. We highly recommend ThunderScapes!

Thunderscapes provided our backyard landscaping including a large area of pavers and travertine in early 2020. With some recent rain and over the past couple of years we have had some settling in the travertine areas creating some uneven surfaces. I called their service department and they sent out a crew to fix several areas at no cost to me, even though we were outside the warranty period. They did great job and took care of my concerns within 1 week of my call. Excellent customer service! Thank you very much!

Used them when we had our pool installed. They didn't put footers in the way we agreed on, and they've had to come out multiple times to "fix" the pavers. They made excuses each time and the last time they "fixed it" lwas right before the warranty expired and they did a horrible job and made it worse. When I called them they initially told me" too bad, your warranty's expired." When I argued that they made it worse under warranty, they came out again to fix it. They made it a point to tell me that if I ever want to see them again, I'm going to have to pay for it. I've never seen a paver job this bad that has to be fixed this many times in a couple years. Also don't appreciate a company that won't stand behind their work.

Thunderscapes has been a great company that has thorough and great workers. These guys have crushed it and even with fast installation quality was still there. My house has been transformed from dirt to an amazing get together spot for friends and family to enjoy. Highly recommend using them.
