Extremely friendly and affordable! I had called to have my pool equipment checked out because it wasn't seeming to work that well. They never made me feel dumb for asking questions and were honest about what needed to be fixed and done to maintain my pool. After my repairs were completed I decided to keep them for weekly service. My wife and I are ecstatic that it is an all in one price, so we never have surprise costs with extra chemicals or filter cleanings. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I'm so glad that Nathan was referred to us. He is an absolute blessing compared to our last pool service we had. He takes his time in explaining his service and why things are needed and that was especially appreciative for someone who has never owned a pool and new to the area. He provides a weekly text on how the pool looked/performed and what was completed and what may be needed. His quality of work and responsiveness has been outstanding. He doesn't treat you like just another customer but rather a friend. I highly recommend Mountain Ridge Pool Service and Nathan Grimes for any of your pool services.
