Jesse was very responsive and did an excellent job removing the calcium buildup from the pool tiles. The work was completed at a very re reasonable price, and the pool looks excellent- restored to the condition it was when it was first installed.

Excellent service at a great price. We had our pool drained, acid washed, tile and filters cleaned. The pool looks great! I would recommend to everyone in surprise and surrounding areas to give him a shot!

The result of BDP was beyond belief. An amazing job on the tile and the stone under the spillway. It looks better then new. It was well worth the price based on effort, equipment needed, and skill.

Had a horrible calcium ring around my pool for quite some time. I called Wyatt from Big Dipper Pools to come out and give me a quote. Wanted to get this taken care of before summertime. Wyatt came out, gave me an awesome quote then got started right then and there. He did an awesome job and has great communication. Kept me updated on what he was doing. I recommend Big Dipper Pools for pool maintenance.

He even went above and beyond to replace my hummingbird feeder (with 2 that were better than mine) that was accidentally broken when I placed in a really bad place next to the pool. Robert does an amazing job. When we hired him our pool was a nasty green. I couldn't keep up with it. It's a beautiful blue now and it has remained beautiful since he started caring for it. He does great work, his pricing is very fair, he explains things in a way you can really understand, he's honest and doesn't try to upsell you things you don't need, and I have never had a problem getting a hold of him when needed. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option. Highly recommend!

I needed help and fast. My pool was hazy and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Robert came out an hour after I called and got right to work. His pricing is very reasonable and you can tell he knows what he is doing. I'll be having him back for bi-weekly cleaning/balancing for sure.

Not sure what happened to the service I requested. Ive had them clean the pool for July, August, and September, but come October and no one wants to take my phone calls or text messages so not sure if they even care anymore.

Anthony arrived on time and was very professional. He was detailed with the inside and outside of our windows and large sliders. Our screens were taken off, scrubbed and rinsed. For the glass, spot free rinse was used in the cleaning process, giving them a shine that I haven’t seen before! He will be our window cleaner from now on. For the price and the quality of work he can’t be beat!
