Daniel came out to my house today after my AC unit quit working. He was able to get there soon after calling. This was big on a 115 degree day and after calling 20+ different companies who could not come out until days later. Daniel was quick to diagnose, offer a solution, and fix the problem. He was professional, respectful, and thorough. Would use this company again. Thanks so much!

Matthew really knows about air conditioners. He explains everything he is doing as he goes through the check points. He brings all the tools he needs and the parts if needed. I am happy I called him, and he will be my air conditioner man from now on. I highly recommend him for all your heating and air conditioner needs.

I've had service a couple of different times from this company, first from Richard, who was so great, and the reason I am now a repeat customer. Richard installed a smart thermostat for us that two other companies couldn't. He went above and beyond. Today we had a tune up from Oscar. I feel like I am getting quality service from this company and their technicians are so friendly. No upsells or pressure, either. I'll refer to others and keep calling for my HVAC needs. Editing this to say : I called today to set up an appointment (Memorial Day) and I received service the same day. Luckily I didn't have an emergency but the response time for these guys is unmatched.

M&R came out to my house to suggest my options for replacing my old A/C unit. Not only were they thorough, but they also offered a reasonable price compared to other companies that try to overcharge.

They did a great job replacing my old unit and putting in a second return vent!

Richard was out to perform a pre winter inspection on our system. The house is about 2 years old and all is operating perfectly. Was very impressed with the fact that he noticed the wiring in the disconnect box was loose from when the house was built and not only did he make sure he tightened all of that wiring but he also went to the main breaker box to tighten up all the connections in there as well. Would highly recommend M&R for all your refrigeration needs.

Matthew did a great job. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, was on time, and thorough. I would certainly recommend him highly to anyone who needs a new heat pump or AC unit.

I called Matthew after 9 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. After doing all I could do to fix the problem myself, I needed some help as there was leaking into the house. Matt was congenial and professional and worked the problem until nearly midnight. He not only fixed the problem, but charged less than I expected to pay for a night call. Our AC went out late Saturday night and all these so called 24/7 companies did not respond to phone calls. I waited till Sunday morning and upon a recommendation from a local community page Matthew's company came up and he was the only one that answered the call. He was not only quick to respond but also very informative, nice and patient with all my questions and animals circling him. I would not only highly recommend him but will also be using him to replace our unit when we are ready.

I have never had such a wonderful professional experience as I did with this company. My air-conditioning unit went out on my condo. I had tenets I had to put up in a hotel. My home warranty company was useless and tried to rip me off. I called Matthew and he gave me a great price and installed the airconditioner the same day I called. I am floored by the incredible service and level of professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of air conditioner or refrigeration service.

Selecting a A/C professional can be a daunting task, so how does a homeowner
select one that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I started by reading reviews
which helped but many professionals had very good reviews so i looked for qualifications
and certifications. So long story short, i contacted M & R Refrigeration in Surprise Arizona.
Matthew determined that the motor was bad on my heat pump and gave me the
option of 2 different motors and he explained the difference between them in terms
that i could understand. He then recommended the less expensive motor because
i said i was going to replace the heat pump in 5 months because my current unit
is 15 years old. And best of all, the total cost was very reasonable especially
since he did the work on a weekend.
Needless to say when i replace my heat pump i will call him first.

We bought a new home in 2014 and as new home owners never realized that our upstairs AC unit wasn't working as intended. We figured our warm 2nd floor was just a result of having two floors in the AZ heat. However, last year we finally had a company come out and check our unit. They recharged the unit and told us there was a leak but never bothered to find it. That particular company used a product that is supposed to seal leaks internally but as we've found out since, this is a very bad idea and can lead to many issues down the road. Despite the unscrupulous application of the internal sealant, the upstairs was cool for the first time ever and we thought our problems were solved.

Fast forward to this summer and here it is hot upstairs again. I called a new company, one of the largest in the valley, to come offer us some advice. Of course after paying my $80 trip fee to get them out, I was quoted an exorbitant amount of money to repair the unit with no attempt made to locate the obvious leak. I told this company I would think about it and tried to figure out how we could possibly make the financials work to get the unit fixed.

This is where M&R comes in. I had called a couple places today based on reviews to try and get some insight into my troubles and make sure we weren't being raked over the coals. Matthew returned my call promptly and was very helpful even on the phone insisting that the costly repair I was quoted probably wasn't even necessary. Matthew came out the same day I called him and got to work searching for the leak before even mentioning charging me for any services. Matthew spent a good couple hours looking over our unit and was able to locate the slightest leak that was the obvious culprit of our warm 2nd floor. Based on the last "service" calls I have had I had never seen anyone that committed to looking for a the issue. Matthew was able to repair our unit for a good price and even guaranteed us that if the fix wouldn't work there would be no charge.

I can't thank Matthew enough and we will be continuing customers of his because of the time and effort he put forth helping us today.

I have used M&R refrigeration for over 3 years. They are always sooo good. I had to call them because of a noise from my a/c and they were here at eight in the morning. Daniel was very professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. This is an excellent company.

Richard installed an indoor air quality product and was nothing but professional! He explained everything that he was doing an even taught us something new about our thermostat. I will continue to use M&R Refrigeration! Responsive, great price, and great people.

OMG! What a Fantastic experience I had with Matthew the owner. He got in touch with me right away. Came out the next day, (at my request as it was not an emergency). He solved the problems with my A/C unit and it sure does cool good now. I definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I called M&R this morning to set up an A/C and heating system maintenance service, they were able to schedule me for the afternoon. Aaron did a thorough check and cleaning of the entire system and took pictures of gauge readings and parts to show me what he found in the attic. A capacitor was failing and he replaced it with a part he had in the truck. My 14 year old A/C unit is on its last legs but currently working fine and there was no pressure to replace my current unit, which I appreciated. I thought the service was professional and fairly priced, I will use them in the future.

Oscar came out to inspect our 20 year old unit since it’s been struggling and it’s not that hot yet. He was friendly, professional, clean, respectful and honest. We expected we would need a new unit. He discussed the price with us so we understood the quote for a new unit. He was very detailed. He also advised that our current unit could be repaired but the part is out of manufacture and would cost half of a new unit that would come with a 10 year warranty. Rebecca, office administrator, was extremely polite and easy to work with too. Very highly recommend M&R. They are the best HVAC company we have worked with.

When my ac went out last summer M&R came to the rescue. My home warranty company sent a contractor out wheo ended up flaking out in the end. Matt came out, gave me a quote and pointed out some upgrades that needed to be done so a new system would run as efficient as it should. They provided all the necessary info that my warranty company needed. Which no other ac contractors i contacyed would do. Thanks again to the install crew who had my house at 75 degrees by the end of the day. Would highly recommend M&R refrigeration
