They replaced my AC unit and furnace and I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Solutions Air. They professionally responded to all my questions both before and after install. Don personally came to my house to assess my current set up, Dylan and Greg performed the install and were professional and courteous, and Alexis in the office was great. Extremely happy with their service.

Firstly, Pro Solutions Air were so patient with me after providing a quote to replace the AC on our home. Things came up, to where we couldn't proceed right away, yet they checked in with me regularly, until we were ready to move forward. They were the only company who followed up, which was the main reason we chose them, plus the great reviews they have.
The Pro Solutions Air team worked quickly and professionally. They were patient with questions, and answered them thoroughly.
We had the ducts cleaned also, because why put in a new AC and have dirty ducts, right? Everyone here is just so awesome to deal with. They leave the job site clean and are very professional in their work. They all work like they are proud to work for this company, which is hard to find these days. That gives the customer a sense of trust and makes me think highly of this company, whom I totally recommend.
Our old system was over 20 years old and though, to us, still had some life left, we knew it was tired and time to replace. Now we live in the peaceful quietness of our new unit. I recently had my A/C unit completely replaced by Pro Solutions Air and knowing that it was a split system with a unit in the attic and separate outside unit didn’t slow their commitment to making this a successful replacement. I was impressed with the professionalism shown by all their technicians. The system was ordered in less than a week and the replacement took one day. With the heat coming I want to thank Pro Solutions Air for a fantastic job and I will gladly recommend them to everyone who I come in contact with.

My AC was failing over a 3 day holiday weekend, they came out and diagnosed the issue on Saturday. They could possibly fix but couldn't guarantee it, thus adding cost. My system is 20years old, asked for a replacement cost, it was in the ballpark of what was expected from othe dealers. Asked about timeframe and was told they could have a crew in on Tuesday following the holiday😲!!! Done... The tech then left and returned with a mobile unit to get us through the weekend. They showed up Tuesday morning and had it done that afternoon. Cleaned up behind themselves, took the old one away, and all is now well.

I found ProSolutions Air years ago and have stayed with them ever since. I’ve recently needed some maintenance work done on my AC unit and was reminded again of how great they are. They are honest and do incredible work. In fact, they’re so confident about their products and quality, they give an amazing warranty. They really stand out because of their competitive
pricing and warranties. And their honesty. They actually talked me out of a new AC unit, telling me my old one had more life in it. And they were right. It lasted 8 more years!! They’re a small company with loyal employees so you can also sort of develop a rapport with your technician. Brandon takes care of me and I highly recommend him! He is wonderful about explaining things clearly and patiently. I love having a company/technician I feel comfortable letting in to work without having to be home. The work of a very professional and skilled craftsman built my garage enclosure to blend perfectly with the original appearance of my home. A simple project was finished beautifully, with attention to detail. All of my concerns and questions were completely addressed without complaint. The project exceeded my expectations, and I'm really happy. The A/C pro saved my old unit from an early death by thoroughly inspecting inside the unit to find the old owner's dog hair, the first one to honestly do the inspection to that level of detail in four years. I just want to give a shoutout to Pro Solutions Air and Heating. This company went above and beyond service and got us a great deal on a brand new A/C Unit. Dylan and his team communicated on pricing, unit we were having installed, time of arrival and was very courteous when working in our home.

Our old unit came with the house when it was built in 08, and was smaller than what our home should have had, so it was well past it's life.

I signed up with First American Warranty A/C tune up program. Pro Solutions Air came to my property at Buckeye. They checked the system and listed non-warranty covered maintenance items and covered repairs. Their charges are not cheap but as far as I knew they were very detailed and professional. Pro Solutions Air followed up with me a few times very patiently. They took care of the covered repairs well. Scheduling was good. They were available to talk each time I called. Thank you.

I just realized I completely forgot to leave a review last year when our new A/C unit was installed (sorry, Pro Solutions), so I figured I should now.

Our A/C stopped working at the start of July 2023 during record-breaking temperatures. Pro Solutions came out quickly, even though it was the weekend, and diagnosed the issue. The motor that died would have been expensive to replace, and the old system had issues before, so we asked about replacing the whole system instead and ended up doing so.

The installation took place a few days later and went smoothly. Our attic is very difficult to access, but they made it work. Every technician who has been to our house has been very friendly and professional, and thoroughly answered all of our many questions (sorry Brandon) without seeming at all annoyed. Other than Brandon, I also want to give credit to Dylan and Jordan (hope I got everyone's name right) for being great as well. Dylan was accompanied by another technician on installation day who I met briefly, but unfortunately I forget his name.

There was initially some confusion about our monthly payment amount for financing, but that was quickly sorted out, and it has otherwise been a great experience.

I'm looking forward to continuing to work with this company for yearly maintenance, and taking advantage of their great 15-year warranty if we ever need to!

Brandon, from Pro Solutions Air, drove from Phoenix to Williams, AZ during the winter months to check out my old, out dated furnace (38 years old) Brandon gave me a better quote than the last three HVAC companies I dealt with. So I asked him if he was willing to install a new furnace for me, I also asked for an air conditioner to be installed at the same time. Not only was the work done on time by Brandon and his Pro Solution Air colleagues, but the work was neatly done. The total cost was the same as the final charge. I used the air conditioner for the first time on June 11th, 2025. It worked wonderfully well as the new furnace has done for the last ten months.

Very professional and and knowledgeable team. Dylan was the lead installer and kept us informed throughout the process. He was quick to fix any issues that arose. The main unit had a minor issue with the condensation drain, but the team was quick to fix the problem.

I’ve had a total 8 full system replacement completed by this company as well as 3 evaporator coils replaced with 410a recharges over the last 3 years.

They are my primary go to for all my HVAC needs for my personal home as well as all the rental properties I own/ manage.

I had these guys install a new unit at my home a couple years ago as I was sold by the service level and the warranty. Fast forward to last week when a part failed. I mistakenly called the wrong AC company for the repair because two guys had the same first name so in my phone, I thought I was doing the right thing. I only realized when the Tech came out the next day and said this wasn’t a warranty call when I was presented with the invoice. I paid the $300 and moved on until I realized that my original warranty might be void now.
I reached out to Pro Solutions to tell them what happened and after some thought they decided to keep honoring the warranty as a sign of good faith.
I used to be a Customer Service Manager and we always arrived to do what was right but also had strict rules to obide by. These guys understood what I’d done and worked with me. I cannot recommend Pro Solutions enough.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pro Solutions Air for an A/C repair at my home in Surprise, AZ, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my air conditioning system running efficiently in no time.

Called Pro Solutions Air, set appt with office for a maintenance on 3 of my ac units, after making the appt i was assured the tech will call me as i would have to leave work to meet them at my home. Well to my pleasant surprise they did call to informed me they were on there way.

After the maintenance was completed tech did present all potential failures with my ac units, and went over pricing. I did want to do some research on cost before I agreed to any repairs.

After researching cost, i did find them to be the best price in town by almost half the cost of what other companies wanted to charge. Spoke with a lady named Janice in the office to schedule my repairs, they came out time and completed all my repairs.

I will definitely be calling them for all my needs, and refer them to my friends and Family

Bought my house in Sun City Az end of last year. Had a different ac. Company come out and serviced unit and cleaned the whole unit. This year I had pro Solutions Air come out to check unit. They found the unit was never cleaned.
They also did repairs that the unit needed and recharged it. All covered by my home warranty. Great staff and very friendly. Cleaned up after work was done. I would recommend this company

My Man Kevin did an Excellent job! I myself want to get in this field and he was showing/explaining everything to me and was perfect! Kevin is a great guy and this company is extremely excellent and efficient!!
