Had a panel and breakers reviewed during a new home purchase. The communication was great before, during, and after the meeting at the house and he provided honest feedback on the current panel and what options were available if we were ever going to upgrade down the road. Only one experience but they were reliable and upfront on everything and provided us with some great knowledge about our panel.

Formen lack people skills, lousy communication skills. They never teach you anything and complain about your work and never shows any appreciation. Always hunting down parts and tools, never enough to supply everyone. Very very unorganized! I've never seen such a joke of a company in my life. If you actually like doing electrical or want to learn DONT come here! You will hate it for sure.

Canyon State’s former residential group charged me $20k to run a new circuit to my outdoor kitchen to power four new heaters. Within a few months, the fuses at the main switch blew. They replaced them and said it was “because they were old”. A month later, the same thing happened again except this time, our house nearly caught fire. On their next visit they determined that the new circuits overloaded the panel. I have given them several opportunities to make this right but to date, the problem has not been addressed and once again we are without power with a house full of people. For a company whose social media presence screams about its stellar customer service, I have not seen anything resembling that. Will be sending a complaint to the State Board and filing suit next week.

I am a small business that provided a service for this company. I am a mobile forklift company and I came a performed services asked of me. I invoices said services and waited for payment. The invoice ran past due 2 days and when I called the company refused to pay the invoice siting they assumed the service was free. This was never discussed nor is it a thing any company in my field provides. I was then told basically too bad there is nothing we can do for you. I would highly recommend getting paid in advance if you are planing on doing business with this company. Chris and Craig are the two in charge of taking advantage of companies like mine.

These guy's are less than worthless. Never answer their phones. Installed a Fire Panel with proprietary software they were not authorized to use, then refused to retrieve the passcode. Cost my customer lots of money for their unprofessional conduct. Stay Away!!!

Not only was the recruiter rude to me while we spoke over the phone, when I asked for her name she would just stop speaking. So then I asked for a supervisor or simply anyone else who could help me, the recruiter simply replied “l’m the only one you can speak with.” And wouldn’t answer any other of my questions till eventually the call was disconnected. Very unprofessional and clearly the recruiters and company lack common sense and guidance.

Job well done! We installed an electric fireplace.I needed a few modifications after the initial installation, and they came back promptly to make the changes without any hesitation or complaint. They were a delight to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable electrician.
