These guys are top rate professionals. Travis and the team went the extra mile to make sure that customer satisfaction was top of mind. Our 20 year old travertine looks new! We have used Bakers in the past and will use them for all of our stone needs inside and out!

The main floor came out pretty good, but before they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed that they did not do the shower. The workers said it wasn't included. This made no sense, of course it was, so I called the office and they said no and it would be an additional $300 to do the shower. Now my grout lines are different from the flooring and it is basically one piece. You go in the bathroom and you can see the shower, the tile goes up the wall and you step in from the floor to the shower, so its really one piece. So annoying and horrible customer service. I don't recommend - get your estimate crisp and make sure you have everything covered.
