Just got finish. Way ahead of schedule to our surprise. Our Kitchen reface job and beautiful new granite counter tops, just breath taking.
Republic West representative suggested that we did not need new cabinets, and ended up refacing. He suggested that the boxes were in great shape and why spend the extra money. Hew was right.
With refacing they look brand new. We couldn't be happier with Republic West Home start to finish experience.

We enjoyed working with Kathy Molnar. She listened to our thoughts and then improved upon them. She provided a design that was cost conscience but just what we wanted. If you are thinking of a remodel then I would recommend Republic West.

John has done multiple projects for me and is a very hard worker. He is thorough and truly wants you to be happy with the end result. He is great with communicating throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with John and this company!

Republic West is the kind of company you always hope you find and land! We were looking for someone to come in and help us make decisions in our bathrooms. Their staff assisted us with more than we had ever had in mind!! They took our 150 sqft bathrooms and made them more functional by making wasted space into areas where we now have room!! They were prompt with time and responses!!

What a great company! There are lots of construction companies out there, but Republic West Home is the best bar none. We refaced our kitchen cabinets and are so happy with the results. The craftsman were clean and efficient, the office was responsive to our needs and we even got a call after the project to discuss the process. With so many shoddy contractors around, Republic West Home stands above the rest.

Recently had an interior door widened to permit wheelchair access at my son's group home. Republic West sent a terrific carpenter to do the job. He arrived promptly and immediately prepared the area to keep it as clean as possible. He worked steadily and efficiently during the three hours and the final job is excellent. When finished, he was quite thorough in cleaning up the mess. No one could guess this was not the original door, frame, and moulding. Assuming his work is indicative of the quality of remodeling done by Republic West, I will recommend them to others. (P.S. Our wheelchair users send a great big THANK YOU!)

We would totally recommend Republic West Remodeling for any project that you have. We had a total rebuild after a flood. They completed the project within 45 days. That was over two years ago. Recently we noticed a small crack in our quartz countertop. I call Republic West. Today we have a new countertop. They once again were amazing. Very professional and very friendly.

Republic West Remodeling recently did a renovation of the master bathroom in our home. After the death of my father, my mother came to live with us. She has some physical issues, and we needed to create a handicap accessible bathroom for her.
I felt this would be a challenging project, but the team at Republic West Remodeling were amazing. From the the initial design process, to picking out fixtures and materials, to the actual construction, the Republic West team walked us through each step and let us know what to expect. We had a detailed schedule. We knew who was coming to our home, and when. Every person who came to our home was professional and courteous. I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. Republic West Remodeling did amazing work for our family, and I look forward to using them for our next project.

We were having trouble with some new smart switches we had an electrician install. When we continued to have problems them we contacted Dakota from Republic West Remodeling. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to have someone that showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would to. He wanted to solve the problems as much as we did. He spent hours going through and correcting the issues created by the original vendor. He made sure everything was working the way it should. We'd highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

The whole team at Republic West Remodeling has been great. In fact, they have exceeded our expectations. The Owner, Van Hansen, has assembled a top-tier team of professionals that are there to help from the beginning dreams to the final walk-through. For example, we have greatly benefitted from Stephen Yeoman's architectural expertise and practical knowledge as to how all the pieces go together and understanding our family's use of the space. He has allowed us to explore lots of various ideas, including some crazy ones, while always mindful of the practical effects of our choices and the budget. The interior design team, led by Kathy Molnar, has equally been fantastic, guiding us through the myriad of choices of cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. She definitely helped us match the colors and materials with our existing home, personalities and the way we will use the space. There are a lot of moving pieces in a large kitchen remodel, and Republic West has assembled a one-stop shop that has helped us from the early conceptual ideas, to architectural design, to permitting and construction. We could not have done it without them and are happy to endorse and recommend Republic West Remodeling without hesitation.

Tom and I are so grateful for all the expertise that we received from Republic West. We had initially considered subcontracting all the trades that we needed to make our remodel happen until we met with the designers from Republic West. Once we had our plan and budget in place, the project unfolded in a timely manner with high quality, professional work. We were very impressed with everyone involved, especially our project manager, Greg. He coordinated everything and kept us informed about all the details even though we occupied the home during the project. The owner, Jim, was also a part of the project and guaranteed that the company would meet all our expectations. We highly recommend this company for a home remodel project!

We are working closely with Jacque Richardson during the "design phase" of project. She is professional, informative, and helpful in exploring options as well as responding to our questions. The renderings available
are amazing and enabled us to visualize the outcome to finalize the scope of work. Trades people visited our home and conducted inspections as needed to make certain that their quotes are realistic given our goals for the remodel. The process so far has met our expectations. Update: we did not proceed with any work as cost exceeded budget substantially.

We had our house renovated by Republic West Remodeling and have been very pleased with the results. They were very easy to work with during the entire process. We were nervous going in to such a large renovation job especially with all the horror stories you here from people. We felt very comfortable with them. They had a detailed timeline and other than one of the subcontractors delaying their job, Republic West was on time for a 3 month project. The end results were exactly what we had dreamed up. Kevin was our project manager and he was great to work with. He kept us updated with every aspect of the job and did great work. We would definitely recommend Republic West.

We contracted with Republic West to remodel out kitchen and two baths, to bring a patio enclosure up to code, to lay new flooring and paint throughout, to remodel an old fireplace, and to install can lighting and some other improvements. Before we signed with Republic West we sought recommendations from anyone and everyone. RW was the only contractor that anyone we knew was willing to recommend. Their bid came in the same range as the other two bids, but was more detailed and included design services that turned out to be quite useful. Anyone who has dealt with contractors knows that there are so many moving parts it is likely there will be supply chain issues, delays, and coordination problems. At a time when most companies were running months behind, RW was able to manage most of our process without extensive delays. The work was generally of high quality, and anything that was not done correctly was corrected to our satisfaction. Our designer, Kathy Molnar, was very helpful and had very good judgment, and steered us well without being overbearing. We loved the final product, and have had no problems with it. I would recommend RW for its overall processes, its high quality workmanship, and its excellent design services.

I worked for Republic West this past year and my experience with the team was enjoyable and rewarding! The team was very caring and detail oriented with every project going on. I joined the team as the new owner Van was taking over and his dedication and oversight to all projects was refreshing to see.
