Are you for real?? The customer service is awful! The homes are trash and a health hazard, and it shows when they try stopping you from hiring inspectors.

Used the webform to ask how to get started with a custom built home and was met with the pictured, rude reply. I have no interest in pursuing them further.

Im a Black man and im in the market to purchase a home. I was extremely interested in Fulton Homes Designs but after seeing your NFL( Stand for America) commercial on Thanksgiving you lost my BUSINESS. You should do business not politics.

We signed a house in January 2021 and the progress of the house construction is very delayed. We understand that due to COVID things are delayed but not at pace where things are stopped. The response from the office is they don’t have materials . When they don’t have materials why did they open up so many houses for registration? And for the recent rains the materials like frames and are all spoiled with water.

Just had our final walk through today in our new home at Warner Groves at Morrison Ranch and it took 3 hours and 2 rolls of blue tape to mark all the problems that are in the home. There has been issues with the build the whole time and the best part was the customer service employee that walked the house with us said " this is the worst walk through I have ever walked." So to say we are excited to move in next week would be an understatement.

I contacted Fulton for a client about their 2001 Fulton Home plans. They exceeded my expectations with their response time! There was no gain by answering my clients question, and they were kind, friendly and quick to help. Thank you so much Nanci and Fulton Homes team!

Don't expect much follow up from the lip service they give you when your building your home.. This builder does the minimum and could care less about how you feel about it. It's a fight to get things done, the vendors they use are always late, and the customer service is a joke. Once your past your 1st year it's pretty much on you. Don't even call for recommendations on repairs, they don't do that will be down right rude on the phone.

FULTON HOMES RECEIVED BETWEEN 2 AND 5 MILLION DOLLARS IN COVID 19 SBA LOANS BUT REFUSES TO HELP CUSTOMERS.
FULTON HOMES HAS CHANGED, IT IS NO LONGER THE COMPANY THAT CARES, DO NOT TRUST FULTON HOMES!!! My wife and I signed a contract to purchase a Spec home on June 14th, On June 29th Governor Ducey issued an executive order that has shut my wife’s Dance Studio down for the second time this year. We were forced closed for all of April and May and just re opened at the beginning of June. I feel we should receive a refund of our $4164 deposit due to the circumstances that are out of our control.

This is a Spec home no building or customization was done on our behalf. I find it hard to believe that a company with the Fulton name that supports so many charities would not make an exception for something as significant as a n Executive order shutdown by the Governor.
I have contacted my sales person who states sorry there is nothing I can do you forfeit the $4146 if you do not fulfill the contract. I even went to the corporate office on July 6th and was refused to be seen by anyone.
In big letters at the beginning of the contract it states that if the contract is cancelled for any reason there will be $500 kept as an administrative fee, way down later in the contract in lawyer jargon it states that they may decide to keep it all

This is the response from the builder: The $500 Processing fee is pertaining to a new build. When we sell a new build we only collect $1,000. During the time period before we do Structural Options if a buyer cancels that we refund $500 and we keep $500 for administration fee. This does not pertain to a buyer buying an Inventory Home. Please refer to the Inventory Home Sale Contract Supplement. Page 3. “ Authorization to Continue Construction.”
Also I have documentation that Fulton homes has received between 2.5 and 5 million in SBA loans yet they still are unwilling to help consumers.

Amazing experience from sales, construction through the lending process. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were referred by friends who experience the exact same level of quality and professionalism that we had with building our Fulton Homes. We are truly proud to own. Thank you Fulton Homes for living up to and exceeding your reputation for building quality homes.

I was lied to by the Fulton realtor time and time again. The main lie was no multilevel homes in the middle of our subdivision. On their website loft homes are considered multilevel. I specifically told the two realtors I did not want to be next door to a multilevel house. I was told there would not be a two story house next door. After purchase, they built a multilevel (loft) house next door that has windows that look directly down into my bedroom, bathroom, office, dining room, great room and back yard! Fulton homes is UNPROFESSIONAL and poor quality construction. They have lemon laws for automobiles and they should have them for new homebuilders. Fulton homes is not building the quality home they advertise. Our certified energy home had zero insulation upstairs, they drywalled with no insulation, R0. The ROC did nothing to correct visible missing zero insulation.
My son has heat rashes sleeping in his bedroom with no insulation and 120 degree record breaking heat. No one at Fulton homes cared, no one. We also have supply ducts next to return registers, the cool air is immediately drawn back in so the air quality is poor and my electrical bill is higher than my 20 year old house was. The air conditioning unit is not located like the model home...instead mine is outside my master bedroom wall and the shower wall vibrates and you can't have a quiet bath with the loud buzzing noise They are the most dishonest and unprofessional people I ever had the displeasure of dealing with...and the ROC is biased too.

We purchased a new home from Fulton in December 2020. We arranged to have 7 or 8 grout cracks repaired and 1 cracked tile replaced. Today is the fourth time we have had an appointment for evaluation or repair and we still have a cracked tile. The sub today says the tile replacement is not on his work order and he cannot replace it. The previous 4 times they all had some kind of sob story---A guy retired, they lost his photos, the work order got closed out by mistake, etc etc. Today I contacted Dave Longo the customer service manager who called the sub s boss and got nowhere. He did assure me it would be taken care of tomorrow morning. We'll see..if you're considering a Fulton home think twice

My wife and I decided to put money down at the Fulton Promenade in San Tan Valley. We put our initial deposit down with the second being due Aug 13th but we decided to put that down early since we wanted to keep things moving. I was diagnosed with a non-recoverable cancer, and had to pull out. Fulton responded with we cannot refund your money. I explained in fairness was really only looking for half, the half that wasn't due until middle of August. The answer again from one of the Fulton family members (decision maker) was NO. Obviously I wont need a new home again, but wanted everyone to know the state of this company and how they see their customers.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with quality. Constantly having issues with warranty repairs being done correctly or done at all. Always having to make sure they don’t skip over the little items. Not a square wall in our house. Low quality material. The representative tries to talk you out of repairs or doesn’t even schedule them. Tries to circumvent the need to make it right. I didn’t have insulation in parts of my house. I take days off to be available for repairs that never get done. Fulton says it’s not their fault. It’s the trades fault. I paid Fulton for the house, not the individual trades. “You’re proud to own, we’re proud to build” I feel like these are two misleading statements. They are happy to get paid for poor quality and the homeowners are left with the headache.

I will not recommend them or buy from them again.

I'm seeing a lot of reviews taking out their anger on Fulton and it's ridiculous. We were able to purchase a home with Fulton during an economic crisis and they made it a wonderful experience. In fact they were ahead of the building schedule a bit! Starting off with customer service, they were honest and extremely friendly. Both people at the office told us what we needed to hear to have the best experience because they too built homes here. We stopped by a few times a month to check in and everything just looked perfect. The design center is stunningly beautiful and we had so much fun. Long story short, if you suffered from a worldwide pandemic, don't expect Fulton to cave and fix your problems. They're a business too that rely on your stability. If you're not ready to build a house then save up in an apartment. Fulton is an amazing company and a wonderful place to raise a family. They resell at a high value too so you're investing with that quality. I look forward to building my next Fulton home someday!
