From the very start of my trying to find a window cleaning company Sun Valley has been impressive. Owner, Coke, was very helpful in setting up an appointment. His representatives, Shane and Drew arrived on time and got right to their task.

It was very evident as I chatted briefly with both that they loved their work, they love working for their boss, and they take great pride in their work. They pointed out that the prior window washing company had not removed a lot of paint on the interior windows, which I appreciate their resolving.

I can’t say enough great things about how pleased I am with my Sun Valley experience
from start to finish. A company is only as good as its employees. While I have never met Coke, I formed a very solid impression about him through Shane and Drew.

I have used Cole a couple of times now and I have been pleased everytime! I used him once for window washing and today for.power washing. He is easy to.work with, kind and does a great job!

UPDATE 2/21/25
I’m sorry to say the service has gone WAY downhill, particularly customer service. Sun Valley Window Washers cleaned my windows, screens and tracks in late November. Cole, the owner was one of the workers this time (he had never been here before). after supposedly cleaning them, the tracks were still full of grime and loose dust, which I pointed out. Cole begrudgingly cleaned them up, but after they left, I noticed one of the screens on the second floor was installed improperly, leaving a large gap. Someone came to put it back on the right way, but ripped some of the lining on the edge of the dual pane window. I wasn’t home at the time, but noticed it the next morning and called. Cole said he would come back to fix it. He showed up at my door and I showed him where it was. He then left, AND NEVER CAME BACK. I sent him a number of texts (first to see if he was OK), but never received a response. I also tried calling, and he’s blocked my number. So disappointing.

Sun Valley Window washing is honestly a company I can recommend.. Consistently over the last 8 years I have always been beyond pleased with the results and the employees.

Very pleased with Cole and his crew. The pressure washing/ window cleaning looks fantastic. It was easy to schedule and got a text saying they were on their way. Would definitely recommend. They were very time efficient. I’ve had my home pressure washed and windows cleaned inside and out twice before and there’s no comparison. My home looks better than it ever has. His crew are so friendly and professional, who greeted me with a smile. What a fantastic find. AND VERY REASONABLE RATES. I couldn’t believe my eyes at how clean it all looked.
