It's OK but can be better

SCAM Company. Takes your card information and never shows up and their customer service is non existent.

Mowed my flowersdown,had mower blades up so high couldn't even tell my yard had been mowed 2nd time this same thing happened

About half the pay per job as angis list,, but still Better than Angie list to its pro's

The crew never showed up, rescheduled, never showed. Tried to cancel and the company scheduled a different crew that also didn't show up. They charged me anyway. Now I disputing the charge with the customer service rep. Said they will refund in 7-10 business days.

* Apparently there’s someone in a “new” position who’s’ sole job seems to be faking concern towards those who’ve left bad reviews. Been on the job for at least 2 months as the review responses show, yet no improvement towards the issues raised by unsatisfied customers. She keeps feigning concern for those slighted by the company yet zero progress seems to have been made. Even the gentleman I spoke to who was to be my service provider expressed his disappointment pertaining to the company and its practices. Doesn’t inspire confidence in the company when it’s employees are sharing that they’ve also been let down by said company.
Seems like everyone leaving reviews has had the same experience I did. I finally cancelled a week after the scheduled first visit due to date changing and lack of communication. The company’s response is basically “thoughts and prayers, we’re sorry but these things happen.” Don’t waste your time, try Task Rabbit instead, they came the day after I called and work was done in an hour with No up charge.

I called LawnStarter on Tuesday 10/29. The city of Tempe is threatening me with fines for my yard so I need it taken care of as soon as possible. I was told somebody would come out on either Thursday or Friday. I was rescheduled for Saturday which was fine being that the city gave me an extension on my site inspection. I was quoted at $37 and some change by Lawn starter. The crew comes out and re-quotes me at $150. My yard is 85% or more bare dirt, I just needed the grass (which is mostly dead) weed whacked and hauled away. Lawn starter rescheduled me for a Monday-Tuesday window with a second crew. This crew did not contact me once and ended up canceling on me. Lawn starter rescheduled me again for Tuesday-Wednesday with a third crew. I messaged the third crew and got no response. How difficult is it to weed whack this grass and haul it away, and how difficult would it be to send me a message letting me know why you would cancel. This has been a very frustrating week of trying to get this basic yard work done. Really hoping I don’t receive a fine from the city.

Found this company on google & filled out the automated questionnaire to have someone contact me regarding setting up service. I received a text that someone will be calling once they arrived to the office in a few.

First I want to say as a homeowner who tried but lost control of yard work that has zero knowledge of services or treatments, so yes I will admit I have no idea on what I am doing or the answers to the questions being asked

This goes on to say whoever the person was that called was extremely rude, very impatient with asking questions like I am suppose to know what they are asking about when I clearly stated I don’t know what you’re asking. Thinking the person would elaborate, but all I got was irritation & teeth smacking

I found lawn starters from thumbtack and initially I saw bad reviews on google but I still went with them, my experience was really good the guy came on time and he did an awesome job on my lawn.

It was easy to reach out to them and get the appointment scheduled. The staff is really friendly and explained all the services and packages.

I found them affordable as compared to other companies.

I found LawnStarter on the web and couldn’t trust them at first coz it didn’t come from a friend or relative who tried the service first. However i wanted to give them a try and see. I have setup a lawn mowing service and to my suspicion the experience was not smooth. The service provider was not friendly. They charged me for tall grass (which really was over 6” only in a couple places of the entire lawn). When i tried to report the concern over their phone line there was not much help either. However, they have this wonderful experience specialists whose job is to make sure on customer happiness. They are a wonderful team - always available, always listening and always willing to help. They were able to understand my concern and quickly reverse the extra fee levied on my account. They could also get the provider change on my account quickly. Exceptions in services are usual but having a team who could listen, help and resolve customer concerns is wonderful. Well done LawnStarter! I would give a 4/5 for their service (5/5 had there not been an issue with the provider in the first place) and would highly recommend this dependable service provider.

Bobby is amazing. They are in and out very quickly, friendly, always on time and do a great job. My cat loves to sit in my office window and watch them. It’s cute when they interact with her!

I used LawnStarter for a one-time lawn cut and had a great experience. Scheduling was easy, the crew showed up as expected, and my lawn looked neat and well-trimmed afterward. It was convenient and hassle-free, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely use LawnStarter again when I need it.

Wow wow wow! Evan and his crew turned our yard from a disaster to one of the best on our block. I recommend AAA all Pro Lawn to anyone looking for a great lawn care service. They arrived on time, stuck to their quote and did an amazing job. 10/10, will have them back again.

Evan and his crew installed a completely new drip system including new valves and control box. They started when they promised and completed the job when they promised. Evan kept us advised of the progress every step of the way. Their quote wasn't the least expensive, but they offered the best value. We're very pleased with their work and professionalism.

The staff rarely know where certain items are or what they carry, and they do not know muchabout botany or plant selection. The store carries mostly things grown in California that do not do well here. There is an extreme lack of native Arizona plants such as desert lavender ,creosote ,jojoba ,chuparosa ,and Greg's Blue Mist butterfly bush. But there are the regular annuals like petunias and vinca ,and they always have quite a large selection of hhalf-priceplants that are struggling in the back on some shelves ,and you can get some really good deals there. There is n'ta blargeselection of fountains. There are no tall blue ceramic pots, but there are many other pots.

Love the plants
