Molly Maid of N Scottsdale are fabulous - I don’t know where to start. We have been using them for many years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Their attention to detail, and willingness to listen to specific instructions and tailor the cleaning accordingly, is much appreciated. Team 8 has cleaned our home consistently well and we love having Maricela and Liz twice a month. Our home sparkles and feels polished every time they leave. We highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed and can have peace of mind knowing your home is in good hands. Our dog looks forward to seeing Maricela and Liz too, as she gets loved on before they get to work.

I had Team #5. There were 2 employees and they worked for 2 hours. You tell them what you want done for sure and then if time is left over you tell them what else they can do. The team I had was very professional and did not fool around but got to work right away. They did a great job on my glass shower doors as well as the pan and tub. I will have them back again when I need them.

We have used Molly Maid in 8 homes over 26 years and have never been disappointed. We just moved to Gold Canyon from San Tan and lo and behold Team #12 just showed up. They cleaned the San Tan home and now making this dusty move-in Gold Canyon house feel like home. Good job Kareen & Sarai! Highly recommend Molly Maid.

My home is now spotless! From top to bottom! The 2 ladies from Molly Maid came here and did an outstanding job. They quickly and expertly cleaned our home. My wife and I are so happy. They even were able to remove hard water stains from our toilets that had been there forever. We’re looking forward to their return.

I have two people cleaning my house twice a month. They do an excellent job. They clean like I used to do weekly cleaning. I can't do that anymore. Also, I get the same crew so they know my house.
This allows me to tackle the big jobs (cleaning cupboards, pantry, etc ) and go at my own pace.
I have tried independent cleaners but there were always problems (didn't show up, wanting to reschedule frequently,not doing a good job of cleaning, always reminding them and inspecting everything).
I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of work and their professionalism. Molly Maids hires and trains professionals. Highly recommend this company.

We hired Maid Right for a move out. The team was prompt and cleaned exactly what we asked them to clean. The house looked great.

Great to use a cleaning company with licensed, insured and bonded personnel. The system Maid Right uses to clean is amazing. Unlike anything my old cleaning company uses. Maid Right showed up when they said and did everything they promised. Thanks.

Service provided did not meet my expectations.
Post construction service was requested however I feel like I received basic cleaning at best.
I left a voicemail post cleaning service to express my dissatisfaction and potentially resolve the issue, I have yet to receive a call back.

They did a great job cleaning and I will definitely be using them again!

SERENA was awesome to work with, she was knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me. The maids were excellent and professional as well. This office is organized, the staff are friendly and maids are AMAZING .

We had been most unhappy with our service and were ready to look elsewhere because we felt our concerns were not being addressed. Then Maid Right changed our crew and now we couldn't be happier; I would gladly reveal their names but then everyone would request them and we're just not ready to share our "dream team" with anyone else just now. It's been several weeks now and it would be difficult to imagine using anyone else.

The professionalism and thoroughness of the Maid Right has been outstanding! The cleaning staff ensures that after each cleaning I go through all the rooms and inspect them, the results are always to my satisfaction.

Serena was a nightmare. She constantly made billing errors and she failed to correct them. She would beg me to let her fix it apologize and tell me it wouldn't happen again. She continued to make billing errors, she charged me for services not rendered. I even provided her with a concise reconciliation as well as proof for charges that cleared my bank proving she made unauthorized charges and still she refused to refund. I recommend you do not use them not worth the headache over the billing that is a constant issue. Update Maid Right contacted an attorney Sean Mcelenney, to have him ask me to remove my negative feedback. Just one more reason I would not recommend you hire Maid Right.

I like the personal nature of Maid Right's service. I was contacted before Maid Right arrived to confirm the day and time. I also like the notebook they provide to write notes between me and the cleaning team. I am very pleased so far with the service!

Rogers cleaning team did an amazing job they were fast an very thorough. They were 5-10 minutes early which i love and we were able to go thru everything i wanted done. I went an took my animals to be groomed an grocery shopping an by the time i got back they were leaving an my house looked AMAZING!! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future before my newborn arrives an after. Thank you soo much!
