We hired A-Z Air Ducts and are very happy that we did. The workers arrived within the time frame confirmed by the office and were ready to clean out our air ducts. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up any fallen debris from the vents when the job was finished. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Great company if you are in the market for having your air ducts cleaned. Was hesitant to make the call but when I spoke to Frank and he explained everything they were going to do and the price would not change when they got here. They cleaned all ducts and vents washed everything and left me smelling good through out the house. Josh and Michael were very professional and super, super friendly. They explained what they would do and how long it would take. Did excellent work. I am very picky about work ethic and customer service and getting the best for what I pay for and this company was the best!!!

Frank was fantastic describing our options and keeping us updated on scheduling. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasn't positive. We also did the Dryer clean out option - as it was great (and a little scary) how much lint they removed. We are so glad we chose AZ Air Duct before moving into our new, now clean home!

This is our second time using A-Z Air Duct service. Eric and Chris arrived right on time and did a professional job! They put down plastic & cleaned up after. I will use this great service again.

Mike and Sean were fantastic! They were extremely thorough and detailed, with great consideration for our cats with the machinery. They moved furniture as necessary and put it back in exactly the same spot, and even gave us a couple of tips on how to minimize vent noise.

Eric and Joe were just out to clean my ducts and I couldn't be happier. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe taped up a few gaps in the attic while he was there and gave me some pointers about attic fans to help my AC run a little more efficiently. He also showed me some gaps where the duct meets the register that are letting a lot of warm air into the room. They left the registers and the house clean. Much appreciated!

A-Z Air Duct are true professionals. Frank provided a duct cleaning quote and details on what they'll do. He was clear and concise without up-selling of other services. The price was fair and agreed upon upfront.

On the scheduled day, the staff arrived on time and were courteous. They validated the number of outlets and confirmed the price before they started. They cleaned my ducts all the way through with a huge vacuum and not just within arms reach of an outlet. A day after, I already noticed a huge improvement in air quality as my furniture don't accumulate a layer of dust as quickly.

There were automated email confirmations throughout the process (even though some got into my spam mail - thanks Gmail!).

We have been living in our home for nearly 3 years and I realized we had never checked the dryer vents during that time. I called several different duct cleaning companies and this was the only one who didn't require a visit out prior to giving me a quote. One flat rate and that was that. Frank was very responsive, I heard within one day after putting my information through their website. We were able to schedule my cleaning for the following week with no issues. Both gentlemen who did the service knocked on my door right at 9 am, and they were done by 930. They left our laundry room how they found it and did a great job at following social distancing and safety precautions while in my home. If you need a simple dryer vent cleaning, but with great and timely customer service, these are your guys!

Very pleased. Had them clean the dryer vent. They were significantly cheaper than several other companies I called to quote the same job. Booking was easy and they had lots of availability. Technicians showed up on time, were very courteous and did the job promptly and professionally. Mitzi also followed up immediately afterward to make sure there were no concerns or issues. Would definitely recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

The crew showed up within minutes of the agreed upon time. They were polite, thorough, happy, quick, and they chummed my dog while they worked. I'm happy, the dog's happy, and the vents are quiet and clean. This company is the best, and the crew they sent is also the best. We had them clean our duct work about 5 years ago. Seems that's the recommended interval.

I’ve used A-Z Air Duct several times now. After a 2 month renovation project the crew just came out and did a fabulous job of cleaning and sanitizing all the duct work and laundry dryer vent. They cleaned all the vent covers and vacuumed up the floors when they were done. The crew did another fantastic job!

Eric and Mark did an excellent job. They were friendly & professional.

Joe was awesome he came on time and went out of his way to make sure everything was clean, put back, plugged in, and did extra little things like clean the blades of the vents. Don’t know if that’s part of the service but it was phenomenal customer service. Explained everything he was gonna do and was super friendly I felt comfortable letting him roam my home and do his thing! Again Joe was great!

AZ Air Duct is amazing!!! We had no idea how dirty our vents were!! We will definitely keep this up for ever!! They are so kind and covered everything with plastic. Cleaned all our exterior covers and changed our filters. They even did our dryer vent. No idea how bad that was. Explains why our dryer did work well. They are amazing!!! Highly recommended this company. Hard working kind company!!! They do residential and commercial.
