We have turned to Harrison & Sons HVAC LLC several times over the years and can wholeheartedly recommend them. While I don’t usually write reviews, this one is definitely overdue. Each time we’ve called, we’ve experienced outstanding service. We’ve reached out during the coldest winters and the hottest summers, on weekends and even on holidays. Whether it’s early in the morning or late at night, they’ve always been there for us. Our heating runs constantly in the winter, and our AC is on all day in the summer. Since things can break down at the worst times, like when hosting family during a summer heatwave, we’ve relied on them time and again. I’ve never felt pressured or overcharged, which is refreshing compared to many other service providers. Instead, they focus on solving your issues rather than finding ways to upsell you. Their prices are not just fair; they often charge less than other HVAC companies in Tempe, which my wife has confirmed through her shopping experience! Colin and Bentley are true professionals and genuinely good people. They are always quick to respond, answering our calls within a few rings and returning voicemails almost immediately. Most times, they arrive within a few hours, but they’ve also offered to come after hours or early in the morning to fit our schedule. It’s a small detail, but I appreciate that they always show up on time and let us know when they’re on their way.
