Universal Solar Direct has excellent customer service made the end-to-end retail solar panel process a 5-star experience. They worked closely with us to ensure a seamless and cost effective design, estimate, purchase, and install on our 2600sqft home in Phoenix, AZ. Even though we were out of town during a large portion of the project they ensured everything was taken care. They had a checklist of online forms to fill out, and took care of submitting required HOA and SRP documents. Start to finish took less than two months. Enjoying minuscule electricity bills and looking forward to expanding system for future battery storage system and EV charging plugin.

Their warranty is for twenty five years and they stand behind their warranty. We had a problem with the panel and they not only took care of it but credited us for the time we did not have the solar panels working. They are an honest company which is hard to find here in Phoenix. It has more than paid for itself. Their panels look beautiful compared to my neighbors.

Good company to work with. I think they are trustworthy. They do what they say they are going to do. Frances and Lacey kept us informed. They are very professional. When they installed it, they cleaned up. They painted all the pipes to match the house and installed bird nets. The neighbors did not have and I see the birds at there house everyday.

After my current installer went out of business, and my solar system stopped connecting, I had a really hard time finding anyone to help me. I left messages through the state of Arizona and Lacey from Universal Solar called me back personally and help me get my account transferred and a tech out to fix my connection. She was so pleasant to deal with and got my problem fixed. The tech came out and was very friendly and knew a lot about my issue. Overall I’m very impressed by the whole experience and almost glad that my installers went out of business so I could be moved to this company. 10 stars if I could!!

I called Universal Solar Direct of Arizona because I needed to have my Solar Inverter diagnosed. It stopped producing power a little while back and i did not notice. As of today, my Solar Inverter has now been replaced under the manufacturer's warranty and they took care of that too. Their Tech was very efficient and you could tell her was very familiar with the SolarEdge product. I couldn't be happier right now knowing that I have a company to reach to in my times of solar Inverter needs. They worked out everything for me and I just watched my issue get taken care of. Customer service is superior and they are really good at answering questions and providing feedback and support. Sometimes it's a little difficult to call about certain situations, but they're really good at explaining the process. I was very satisfied with the installers. Justin and his crew were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and explained to me what they were doing through the whole process. They use excellent products and have great warranties to back them up.

We finally pulled the trigger on solar last spring and this company made the whole process painless.The panels are producing way more then we anticipated , even with our cloudy weather , and the monitoring app is super easy to use -shows you the daily , monthly , yearly totals at a glance a few short outages.The install team was respectful of our yard ,on time and everything looks clean and professional.We're saving a lot on our bills!

I loved my experience with Universal Solar! From the get go they were very professional and easy to work with. Getting solar panels on my house was a bit of a process with obtaining permits and the utilities etc, but they handled every step-from sales through installation. I was impressed by the technology they use to project over the course of the year how much sun will hit each part of the roof to help decide if and where to get panels. They also have different financial options and help navigate what's best investment for you. And there are currently major tax benefits! Feels like a smart investment mixed with a really great feeling, knowing that the power I use in my house and to charge my electric car. Thanks!
