I called Sundial Solar to convert a swamp cooler to an A/C system for us in Tucson, and everything went smooth. From the quote, to fabrication, to installation - 5 Star Service all around and the system works great! Phone call to install was 4 days! Highly recommend Nav and the team at Sundial Solar!

I was not aware that Sundial had installed my solar. My electric bill is still around 40% higher than my solar rental. Was not expecting that.

Sundial Solar LLC owner Ken Roland is untrustworthy. We received a quote for a new electrical panel, running the Romex for pool pump through the attic and were charged for 150 FT of Romex, only for them to not run any wiring, use the old wiring that we wanted replaced. Not only that we also paid for a new outlet by our front door only for them to install about 4 feet up the siding without verifying placement. This company is not to be trusted, they can't even do simple honest work that is paid for. We also paid for them to fix the doorbell transformer only for the installer to lie, never get in the attic to find the transformer, and install a battery operated ring doorbell saying that it was hardwired and still does need a battery lol. We have attempted multiple times to contact Ken and have not received a response. He'll take your money and be super responsive initially but when it comes to after or questions he all of sudden does not know how to respond.

Worst service ever! They installed a solar system for me about 6 months ago and still to this day doesn't work correctly. They now wont respond to my calls and I have a system that has many problems. They have completely abandoned my project. I would stay away from this company.

The worse experience ever from a contractor. Job still not done. Been to my hours 5 times already.

Driving eastbound, in the rain, on the 101 Loop this morning (02/23/2022) at 7:50am as I was transitioning to the I-17 southbound, I encountered a Sundial Solar vehicle (white decaled Chevrolet Silverado pulling a white unmarked box trailer). The vehicle could not seem to keep in there lane and nearly struck my vehicle twice by drifting into my lane causing me to make defensive maneuvers. once i was able to safely pull alongside the Sundial Solar vehicle and able to see into the cab, I observed the two visible occupants (driver and front seat passenger) were both holding their mobile phones, looking at them rather than the road. I reported this to ADOT as well. They should either train their employees better at safe driving practices in the rain, or perhaps vet them better prior to hiring or at least prior to allowing them to pilot their vehicles.

Horrible customer service!! When they were selling the power wall, thy made promises, which of course weren’t true. I have repeatedly called and emailed trying to see why my electric bills have not gone down, but of course there is no customer service. If I could give a zero rating I would.
