Other company pays more for the work you due at Borderland formens have no idea what they are doing workers usually figure the work out for them not a professional company at all

Their drivers are very unprofessional. Cutting people off on the freeway and driving like jerks. I called to let someone know and all she said was ok thank you and hung up. Clearly a unprofessional company

Borderland is an established and reputable construction company. We've hired them for many construction projects and they always give exellent service at reasonble costs.

A few months ago I was going about 25 to 28 in a posted 25mph zone, when a white truck sped up behind me and stayed about 2 feet from my rear bumper. I pulled over and let him pass which he did lile a mad man. As he sped by I saw the Borderland logo on the truck. Just yesterday my wife was coming through the construction zone near Tangerine & I10 when she accidentally got in the wrong lane. Some half-bright in a Borderland truck screamed profanities at her. My wife said he acted seriously mentally ill.

As a truck driver delivering good there, these people are wonderful. They took good care of me and help me get unchained when they didn't have to. Very kind people. I hope I get to deliver to them again

Borderlands construction is everywhere, but that's definitely not a good thing. They have been responsible for the Tangerine expansion for the past year. The additional lanes have been done for two months now, and they still have it all blocked off. There are never any workers out there either. Just a new lane that has been unusable for everyone's commute. No sense of urgency and extremely foot dragging behavior. When I called about it, there was a response that, "Oh that's just how it is". "If you have a complaint, let me put you in touch with someone." That someone never picked up, or called back. 3 times now.

Additionally, driving through the signal at the end of the construction is very very hard, because it's only green for a short time. While driving up to it, a White Borderlands construction truck cut me off, and slammed in his breaks in the middle of the one running lane to talk to another construction worker. They talked for 2 light cycles, so I tapped my horn. When they finally decided to move and let the massive line of cars start going through, the construction worker on the side of the road flipped me off and slapped my car with his hand.

I again tried to make a safety complaint and even gave them the truck number and dates. I even took pictures. They didn't care, they never got back to me. Stay away from this company. I'm sure they are contracted left and right for being the lowest bidder, but that means a huge dip in quality and delays for everyone on the road. Seriously the most unprofessional construction experience I've ever had.

This company is awesome! I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with their services, but I'll try... This is a local family owned and operated company and my first contact with them was with John. I explained to him that I needed a slope in my backyard to be covered and he recommended that I go with the shotcrete technique. He was very courteous and responsive to all of my question and requirements. I then met with Vince the Estimator and he was able to provide me with a number of options to suit my needs and budget. The day before the work was to start I was introduced to Jimmy and Tony and they took the time to explain the whole process to me and even offered a suggestion that would more beneficial for my. Even though it cost additional money, I could tell that they weren't trying to sell me additional services, but really cared about the service they were providing and this modification would enhance the final product. They showed up the next morning right on time (at 5:30am on a Saturday). Jimmy and his crew were the consummate professionals throughout the project and every time I came out to take photos of the progress anyone I came across would ask if I was satisfied with the service so far. They were mindful of their surroundings and took every precaution to ensure that there would be no mess. Towards the end of the project I was called by John to ensure I was satisfied with the work. When it was time to wrap things up the crew picked up all their equipment and Jimmy gave me information on what to expect and things I could do as the concrete cured. This company and it's team set the standard for quality of work and customer service! If you need any work done Rockridge Construction is the go to company! Don't just take my word for it... they have an A+ rating and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I'm actually in the process of having another project about to get started by Rockridge Construction! UPDATE: Since I can't add another review for the new project they just completed I'll add it here. We have another side that needed some support and went with dumped rip rap and they did a great job with this too! I can't say enough about Rockridge Construction and their work ethic. I also got to meet the founding father of the company during my visit to their office. Great job again!

Efrain was quick to respond to my call and came out the next day before it rained to patch a small section of stucco that was cut into an exterior wall due to a needed plumbing repair.
He works with his father and uncle in a multi-generational family business that takes much pride in their craft.
The finish texture applied matches the existing wall amazingly well. Can't even tell that it's been patched.
Efrain is a top notch contractor. He and his crew did great work at a reasonable price and was very respectful, kept the area clean and explained the repair process to me.
I would definitely recommend him.
I made sure to keep his number in my contacts list for future work when needed.
