Who knew that a $135 garage door safety check involved an abrasive tech putting the door up and down and spraying so much oil from a can that it has permeated my entire house??? This all took about 4 minutes. Is the door safe? Are the springs good? What about the opener? No idea!

Mostly this guy was trying to get me to buy a service offered by his own personal business.

I used this company several years ago and they were fine. Now, I wouldn't call them again if they were the last company in town.

Update...6 days later the smell is still overwhelming and continues to permeate my entire house. What did he do????

We booked an appointment for a Kaiser installed garage door maintenance, but we did not hear from Kaiser. We checked out email and texts, but we can't find any notification from Kaiser. We appreciate the response from the company and we understand that on line messages may not always reach their intended destination. Next time we will follow up with a phone call to ensure our message was received. Other than my lost service call, our garage door from this installer has been functioning well for 6 years and this was a routine maintenance, not a repair service request.

Just had a warranty inspection of my garage door by Kaiser. Jose did the work; what a true pro he is. Thanks for making the door efficient and safe again.

The Best Customer service Ever! The Installer stopped by several times prior to installation to see how the construction was going. He gave suggestions for electrical locations, and for best mounting of the opener. They called several times to confirm I was ready for the installation. I never had to call to see when they would be there. I wish other companies were more like Kaiser Door. Forgot to mention - We love our new Garage doors. As people drive by, they comment "We like your Doors!"

When my spring broke, I wanted to change it to a double spring set up. Rudy came out and did a professional job at getting me set up with a two spring set up, He went through and checked everything out on my 30 year old door and and lubed my rollers and hinges. He fixed what needed to be fixed and nothing more. He did not try to sell me a new door like some other outfits would do.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Kaiser, and specifically Jose M (the installer). The service was to replace exterior panels and trim, but Jose went above and beyond with also identifying and correcting some additional issues from a prior service from a different repair person. His attention to detail and dedication to the work is outstanding and deserving recognition. Thank you for the high level of pride in your work and know it is appreciated.

Exceptional service and price! I am a small biz owner- and for me customer service is everything. "The salesman and the installer gave us the kind of old fashioned service so many businesses no longer supply." Someone gently backed into our garage door. I called Kaiser first- and got a bid for replacement panels. After receiving 4 bids (2 of them had said the panels were no longer made or available and I that had to get an entire new door) I then knew how much dishonesty was out there in the garage door marketplace. One of the bids for replacing the damaged panels was $20 less than the price quoted from Kaiser- but the way Kaiser's salesman represented himself and his product - made me feel more comfortable going with his company. During the installation their installer was very thorough and made sure I could lift the door in the event the power went out on my opener and to show me how it was balanced opening it anywhere I wanted to stop to see how that worked. (Being a woman - that weight was very important to me.) He gave it a total tune up. Our door had never operated quieter or smoother. We are very happy with Kaiser and now recommend them to everyone.

The representatives were Antony and Kaleb (so?). The were polite, knowledgeable and worked fast. They programmed the remotes, the outside door opener. They did an excellent job cleaning too.

We have used them for 15 years but very disappointing now.

We had two garage doors replaced and trying to pay more to get things fixed right if they return my call.

Outstanding service. Called at 8AM, woman was very helpful. The spring broke on our garage. Got a callback a 10:30. Met Jose Moreno from Kaiser at at 10:45, done in one hour. He was quick and very professional. We have used them over the last 20 years, good people.

They installed our garage door and the opener since the house was built in 2019. There were some mechanical issues with the door and the opener. The door was coming down and slammed on the floor very hard. The bottom rail was hit hard and it was bent. The second issue was and still have until now. The door has not been coming down straight and evenly.

I started to call for the service in that year and the years later. There was many visits from different technicians came to our door (It was 7 times). They all were saying the way of the door slams on the floor because the opener is an old model, and it does not have a calibration feature that will be programmed to slow it down when it gets close to the floor.

I thought what they explained was true. As the years go by, I forgot all about this issue. Last year, I decided to call the garage opener company. What I got them to explain it to me was totally opposite. They said that that opener we made is new and it has the feature to slow down before the door hit the floor. Therefore, I also called the garage door company. They said that whoever contracted to work on your garage door does not build that door correctly.

However, the last one came over did the calibration on the opener but still did not perform on the door repair. On the phone, I asked for a repair, but it was not done on his visit.

This is not acceptable as our agreement. The day a tech came to replace the rubber shield but did not repair the door.

I do not recommend this company to any customer. This company does not seem to know what to do on their job period!

I got recommendations for Kaiser from my Nextdoor app and my neighbor Malcolm Hollis. They new what they were talking about, from Scott who gave me the bid to Rudy who did the install! Both were very professional and worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible!! My hats off to both Kaiser employees who couldn't of done a more satisfying job!!

The technician dismissed my concerns when I addressed them. He spent little time working on the door. When I went to check up on him to review his work, he was gone!!!! He never corrected the huge gap on one side of the door from it’s tracks!!!! He used so much lubricate that it permeated throughout my house!!!!!

They did a horrible job installing the garage in my new build. I had them come out to fix an issue with the garage constantly opening back up and it cost over 100 dollars for them to "fix" it. I had A1 Garage come out and look at it because it ended up falling off the track. Turns out Kaiser had installed it too close to the house and it has been grinding against the trim. Took the A1 technician less than 10 minutes to discover the issue.

I’ve been using them for years and they are always consistent. Transparent about the work they do and the price. Highly recommend.

I received excellent service from Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates when I had my 23 yr old LiftMaster replaced. Rudy did an excellent job installing my new unit and making necessary adjustments. His expertise, communication skills and professionalism represented your company in a very positive manner as did Poncho who initially diagnosed my problem.
