In July 2020, I bought a 1 bedroom condo in Tuscon, Arizona near my son and his family. During the coronavirus pandemic, it became clear that my son needed my help with homeschooling. Living in Florida, I was hesitant about hiring a contractor by phone but the knowledgeable conversation with Steve put me at ease. I knew from my experiences that the condo was going to have problems during the renovation. The visible holes in the bathroom tiles and condition of the floors during my FaceTime walkthrough with the real estate agent showed the superficial issues. The inspection report brought corrosion of heating and cooling system and a need for a new electrical box. I knew at that point that the previous owner had done no maintenance. The kitchen cabinets were in great shape and the appliances were good. What really impressed me about the business was the initial estimate. This initial estimate was typed, separated into sections, and extremely detailed. Steve explained each section and step of the estimate including parts and price. In over 40 years of owning homes and condos, as well as involved with friends planning, I have never seen such a thorough, detailed estimate. During the project, we communicated by email and each email was just as detailed as comprehensive as the original estimate. The phone calls were also clear and consideration. I had the ability to ask questions at any time and they were answered completely in terms that we understandable. The computer color-matching program that Steve used for the paint colors made it so easy to find the exact colors that would look great with the bath vanity and tiles. I know have my dream bathroom with the walk-in shower, totally modern. My bedroom has my pink statement wall that matches the floor and the grey paint on the other 3 walls. Plus, the blue wall in the kitchen brings out the pattern in the backsplash. All the employees and subcontractors worked well. While my project took longer than expected due to the issues that we found as we got further in the demolition, the renovation aspects all went smoothly with exceptional communication and professional. Both Steve and Jeffrey have a fine attention to detail and make sure that the customer is completely happy with the finished product. I will be happy to use this company on another project. I highly recommend this company.
