Onsite manager and owner are both non-responsive. I called to see the criteria future employees must meet for applying, they ask for 5 years experience in carpentry and landscaping, I told them I had none of either, they proceeded to call me in for an application to be filled out -- a waste of time, no call back after CALLING ME to come in after said qualifications have not been met. It is one thing to fill out an application but another to ask someone to come in after ones said they did not meet their requirements and then fill out an application, along with ignoring the person. I suggest after applying here, start applying somewhere else if you happen to be in the same situation, or better yet, do not bother if they did first. 👍 - REPLY TO OWNER - This incident did indeed happen and I for sure did apply after receiving a call from your nephew (Branson) or also known as the onsite manager, he was very polite but it also seems you guys did indefinitely waste my time if my application is not in a reject pile, obviously it has just been thrown away. This incident also probably happened while you were on the phone with Branson. I suggest you not to report this comment because it is relevant to this business. I aslo see some names in the reviews that are the same as some workers names... I do not know what you are running here but it sure is a conundrum! Save your records, save your voicemails, maybe then you would have been able to know I stopped by after leaving the voicemail, and the two phone calls, one by me, and the other by Branson-- calling me in to fill out an application after I said I had no experience-- your nephew. Yet again, Branson, great guy but terrible to hear my application was not even considered, hence your uncles reply.... This comment to is indeed relevant to this business, so it will NOT be revoked, shall it be after you report it- another review will come your way with this potential future incident of you trying to just get a 5 star review. I had an evaporative cooler installed. This business had a 'no mess around' attitude. They are upfront with their pricing, they offer estimates, and they are flexible with scheduling. I would trust them to do various other projects.

This particular handyman, Kevin, came over and with this Pandemic going we were very skeptical and concern how our service was going to be. Right from the beginning he called us let us know he'll be here in a few minutes, and when he arrived he was wearing a face mask and was very polite, punctual, professional with respect, and very clean with his own vacuum and tools. Let me start by just saying WOW!!! My parents used Final Touch and suggested them to me after they did there whole kitchen. My fiance and i just bought our first house but didnt like the tile work in the bathrooms and hated the kitchen. Rich and hes team were super professional, friendly and did an amazing job. i never thought i could by an older house and it would look so modern. When we saw our kitchen my wife started to tear up with joy. she wanted nothing but open kitchen with white cabinets and farm house feel. with us being from the south it really felt like we were home. the island in the kitchen was just so beautiful with a white granite. Now my favorite part was the master bathroom and second bathroom. in the master bathroom we wanted a shower full of tile with a rock bottom, and let me just say i couldnt have asked for a better feeling that i get everytime i walking into our master bathroom. if i could say one thing id really like to suggest Final Touch to anybody who is looking for a new you. Thank you Rich for making my fiance and i very happy. We will be using you again soon.

I recently had a sign install on one of Mr. Collins jobsites. I have to say he was helpful professional and made sure i was able to do my job to best of my ability. Absolutely suggest his services to snyone in need of a good knowledgeable contractor.

Final Touch General Contracting made the whole process a lot easier. A truck crashed into my house and destroyed the house. I did not know were to start but Final Touch General Contracting took care of everything from start to finish. They kept me updated through out the whole process and took time to answer all my questions with clarity. I would recommend them to everyone. They are really easy to work with.

Richard and his team built a new attached garage to my house. They managed eight subcontractors and kept the project moving every week despite the construction boom and shortage of labor.

I had an ADU built on my lot about 8 months ago. Rich and his crew did a great job! Their work is quality and they were reliable and professional. I've heard lots of horror stories about building a home, but everything was pretty seamless. My house turned out beautifully! I highly recommend.

Ritchie and his entire crew are the best! Quality workmanship, on time and they are all very professional and courteous. They installed a new patio sliding door, removed 3 ceiling fans and replaced 1 and installed 2 lights where the others were. They also installed 3 led ceiling lights in the kitchen and replaced 2 faulty gas valves to the water heater and dryer. We loved them so much they will be returning to do a complete master bath and tile renovation. We strongly recommend Final Touch for any job you may have. No, we are not related to them and they did not compensate us for this review! They're just that good!

100 % Satisfaction! Final Touch General Contracting not only has great design ideas, they have also done a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. They repaired my leaking plumbing, and did an amazing job replacing my galvanized pipes. They are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any construction needs. They are one of the most highly organized companies I have ever dealt with.

Rich and his team just completed an amazing job on our home. We had several upgrades done bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, electrical, woodwork, and exterior painting. I have worked with Final Touch on three projects over the last 5 years, two very recently. I had them replace two beams and posts on my back porch and I was so pleased with the work, professionalism and how easy they made the process that I contacted them years later for two new projects. A bathroom renovation and replacement of a decorative exterior feature involving another large beam and rafter boards that had all deteriorated with exposure. Their work was once again very professional and well done. The owner, Richard, is very involved in every project ensuring quality at every step.
