He cleaned somethings very good and some things not so good. The toilets still had stains in them. He didn't empty the garbage. He did a good job cleaning the shower and the floors and the kitchen

I've not used Green Guru before, but I know the owner and have helped her clean houses before. She's very thorough, uses friendly cleaners and is very friendly. I definitely recommend this company's services. The pricing is even fair and competitive.

Audrey came to the rescue when our washer broke - we used her wash and fold services and it was amazing! She did pick up and delivery, and everything was perfectly clean and folded. She was also very friendly and had great communication. Highly recommend :)

I’m so happy to have found Audrey, my new housekeeper! From the very first visit, she listened carefully and was incredibly flexible with all the little nuances in how I like things done. She’s warm, friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.

What really stood out was how thorough her cleaning was. The bathrooms were absolutely spotless, every surface shined, and even the tiniest corners were cleaned with care and attention. The whole house felt fresh, light, and deeply clean in a way that only someone who truly takes pride in their work can deliver.

Do not sign a cleaning contract with Green Guru!
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service and want to stop the service you will be subject to cancellation fees.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Green Guru cleaning. When Lisa was working for Green Guru the cleaning was good but when Lisa left the service was average at best.
We finally had to ask Audrey to cancel our service due to multiple issues:

1) Arriving late
2) Last minute rescheduling
3) Not doing a satisfactory job at cleaning.
4) Not showing up when scheduled.

Each time Audrey cleaned we had to wipe off the grit off our kitchen counters. The toilets were not completely cleaned or in one case our guest hallway bathroom was not cleaned at all. Our bathroom sinks had toothpaste in the corners. Overall the cleaning was average.
When I called Audrey to cancel she told me that she would refund us the money that she had charged on our credit card for our September cleanings.
She decided to charge us a cancelation fee anyway.
If you choose to go with Green Guru I recommend that you avoid signing up for a subscription and just pay as cleaning is done. We were charged in advanced for our service for September and were only refunded a partial amount. When I asked why we were not refunded the full amount Audrey said the $149 was a cancellation fee.

We now have hired a different cleaning service which does an excellent professional job.

Response to Audrey’s response:
When you hire a cleaning service you should not have to have work redone at all. It should be right the first time. Having to wait for an hour after the scheduled time is not acceptable contract or no contract. Not showing up and not notifying the client is not acceptable contract or no contract.
We fired Audrey because of this and she claims she has a contract that she can charge you a cancellation fee even if she does not show up to clean your house the day it is scheduled.
No other cleaning service that I have had has a contract. In fact all the services that I have used are paid after the cleaning is completed. Our neighbors who we referred to Audrey also had to cancel Green Guru after no one showed up to clean and they were not notified.
It was my mistake to sign off on a contract with Green Guru. Do not make the same mistake that I did. We are very happy with Alex’s Cleaning Service. They are professional, on time, and when they are done cleaning the house is spotless.
And they get paid when the job is done no contract.

The Owner, Audrey is an amazing person to do business with. Friendly, reliable, fair prices. I am so glad I reached out for help with maintaining my home while raising my energetic toddler. After the first cleaning instead of being consumed with trying to keep up with housekeeping (even mentally) I was able to just sit down and be totally present playing with my child instead. The added relief knowing the products used are safer for both people and the planet goes without saying.

It’s been a month since I first started using Audrey’s services and it’s just been a pleasure working with her and coming home to an impeccably clean home.

They did a great job. House smells great.

This morning I had my first experience with Tucson Supreme Clean!! It went amazingly well. The two associates came on time and got right to work. I had no reservations leaving my condo while they worked. My place has never been in such good shape! Coming home and seeing and smelling the place was wonderful. Now I just need to work on budgeting to have regular cleaning to keep the place up where they can continue their fine work!! Thanks you all!!

This was a move-in deep clean. They arrived in time, and did a top to bottom scrub. The home was already really clean before they arrived, but i wanted the peace of mind KNOWING it was clean. And yep — they CLEANED.
