This was the easiest set up to have our house cleaned. Coleen is very friendly and responds quickly as well. The two ladies who did our first clean were very friendly and did the work quickly and efficiently. Our house looked and smelled great. Am so glad we found HomeHappy and we will continue to use their services going foward. We couldn't be happier!

GREAT service! My mom hired HomeHappy to do a deep cleaning of my apartment because I've been sick. She is the one that spoke to them most - she said that they were incredibly patient and understanding and were receptive to all her concerns regarding things that could effect my lungs/health. Tina is person who came to clean. She was amazing! My apartment is 10x cleaner than the day that I moved into it. She was super nice, punctual, listened to my concerns and was great about making sure my kitties didn't get out. I was a bit under foot in the apartment part of the time and she was great about telling me where she was going to be and what she was doing. She did a fantastic job cleaning - she's really dedicated to her job and you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. I can't say enough good things about her and her quality work! I feel so much better having a clean place to come home to - I can breathe better, be more at peace, and focus on feeling better.

We’ve used HomeHappy cleaning twice in the past for focal deep cleaning of areas in our house after construction and more recently have been using them for general home cleaning every 2 weeks. We work with Samantha for the biweekly cleaning. With regards to Samantha specifically and the service she provides, we are incredibly satisfied. Things are spotless and the work is thorough. She is professional and friendly as well. With regards to the company, they are prompt with communication and very easy to work with via text. Colleen and Nicole are available by text and everything runs very smoothly. Highly recommend.

The owner, Coleen, is friendly and very efficient with scheduling and sending reminders. Her extensive experience is obvious, and I truly appreciate her company's use of only natural nontoxic cleaners in my home. I only need cleaning once a month, and so far I have had two cleanings. Both times she sent Beth with whom I am very pleased. Beth is flexible, very fast and efficient, and open to using my vacuuming and mopping equipment. This service may not be the cheapest in town, but it is very good. You definitely get what you pay for with HomeHappy.

We started with a deep cleaning which was spectacular. We are older “snowbirds” who didn’t realize what we had been overlooking until Home Happy came into our lives. We are neat and tidy so have scheduled every other week cleaning. We love the young woman assigned to us and look forward to continuing with her!

The company is responsive, and the representative who comes to clean is thorough and professional. My sister has a disability and cannot clean. Multiple care givers come and go, all with different "versions" of clean. It's so nice to have Amber come and take care of the deep cleaning of the fridge drawers, stove front, backsplash, vanity tops, cabinet faces, mini blinds and windowsills.

This service was great. Our cleaner did a really great job and I would use them again.

I started using this Company May 2021. The very first cleaning was okay. The next cleaning they washed my white comforter set with colored clothing leaving permanent stains. Completely unacceptable. The cleaning for that day was free to compensate. Fast forward to 2022 I scheduled a cleaning for 15 August and no one never showed up. I followed up a few days prior and no response. I followed up the of and no response. I am an AirBnB host who had guest arriving on 16 August. I do not recommend this company/folk to anyone. You will always wonder if they will show. They won’t give you peace of mind.

Not great but not terrible - just average. Maybe a bit below. Loved the two ladies that came to clean - very personable and friendly but not high enough standards. Paid extra for baseboards to be cleaned and the majority was not done. We have silicone on the top of our baseboards so they actually need to be wiped not dusted. I don't think they had enough time for our home as they needed to be on to another one. For $170 to clean just shy of a 1750 sq ft home we expected it to be spotless. Paying more elsewhere so that we have our expectations met and the adequate amount of time taken. Called Gerardo to let him know that the cleaning was substandard and he offered to send someone back out. Do not want anyone in our home without us there so we said no and no other solution was offered. Called after discussing with my husband to cancel our future appointments and never received a call back to confirm cancellation or offer any other remedies. Lost a customer.
