I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BB Hill Landscaping. Unfortunately, they vandalized and destroyed parts of my property, leaving it in a complete mess. The employees, particularly Francisco and Pancho, were not only rude but also unresponsive to my concerns. They were consistently late, which added to my frustration. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience; there are definitely better options out there for landscaping services.

I’ve been in property management for over 20 years and have worked with many different landscape companies, but B.B. Hill has been the best I have ever worked with. Their customer service skills are superb, and the supervisors are knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any requests. I recommend them to all my friends in the industry.
