I visited a friend in Tucson a couple of weeks ago. My daughter's business' name is "Saguaro Beauty Studio"... so she wanted me to for sure bring her a saguaro cactus back!
I visited a few nurseries. None had any saguaros. Scott Riese at Rozet was soooo pleasant and helpful!!!! I had questions regarding 'special tagging' that I've heard you need for transporting one (I was flying). He answered my questions. Unfortunately they didn't have any saguaros either but he told me that they usually get some in April. Since I was flying home the next day, he first suggested I check another nursery close by and he even called them for me to see if they were open (so that I didn't have to drive there for nothing!)... he spoke to the other nursery and they also didn't have any saguaros.
So then Scott suggested writing my name and phone number on a paper for him, and he said when they got some in a few weeks, maybe my friend who I was visiting could pick it up.
They truly went the extra mile!!!
I was shocked to receive a call and voice mail from Abby Wing telling me they had a saguaro. She even took a picture of it and texted me so I could see it. I wanted it!!! I asked if they ship or if I should have my friend pick it up. Abby hesitated... they clearly don't typically ship... but she said: "ehmmm... yeah... I can ship it to you" I sent payment via Venmo. Three days later she texted me again to let me know cactus had been shipped and that I should receive it on Friday... talk about exceptional customer service!!!! They really truly are THE epitome of what I imagine a company who serves the public should be, of how they should conduct business, and of how customers should be treated and assisted (in a perfect world). I wish I lived in Tucson... I would be going there every weekend

Rozet is a true pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgable, highly creative, and refreshingly responsive. They completed a major overhaul of our yard to include design, hardscaping, irrigation and fountain installation. The job was done on time and in budget. Now, nearly a year later our yard is beautiful and thriving. Abby and Scott are gems!

I love Succulents- tolerate cactus but……want to encourage like minded growers to go to Rozet plant nursery. Their plants are healthy not over or under watered. They know and “nurture” their customers and plants. They have opened their courtyard to pottery classes and see their role as developing the community.

Great little nursery that packs a LOT into a small footprint. Fun layout with pockets of places to sit and chat, really cute gift shop, and looking forward to going back Saturday to enjoy their drinks and pastries!

Stopped by one Saturday to check this place out and the staff was all very friendly! Most of their plants are catered more toward outdoor landscaping, but they did have a selection of indoor plants and succulents. They gave me two free pepper plants from a bunch that they were trying to clear out. Definitely plan on returning!

This is truly a hidden gem. You would never know this small sandy area leads to a hidden paradise! The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a shady grove where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage in a secluded, tropical atmosphere. The plants are low in price and very loved. They even offer financing for plants and landscape design! I am definitely returning and I look forward in to my next visit.

This company is as amazing as the previous reviews state. When we contacted them about our project they were up front about how far in advance they were booked. We are so glad that we waited for Scott and Abby. We love the way everything turned out. Eric and the crew were the best. The detail they gave to cleaning up each day was incredible. The follow up service is excellent. They still answer any guestions we have. Very highly recommend.

Rozet Landscape Design is a true gem in the long list of landscapers in Tucson. After having tried several landscapers, we finally found the people we really wanted to work with. The owners, Abby and Scott, are friendly, reliable and responsive. We appreciated that they kept a close eye on the budget. Abby has a wonderful esthetic eye and she is full of good ideas; Scott is an irrigation master- truly. Their workers, Eric and Omar, are a delight to be around. We are so, so pleased with the results and we love hanging out in our beautiful backyard.

After looking at many landscaping companies in Tucson, we were so grateful to have found Rozet Landscape Design! They have been amazing! They listened to what we were looking for in a yard/garden including native plants. They made it happen ever so easily! They are creative and have a great aesthetic eye, as well as being very meticulous. The job site was always left clean and the job was completed on time. The irrigation is impressively intricate and top quality. And the plants they provided were beautiful and healthy. The final results make it hard to leave home.

Did a great job with grading and graveling our yard

Abby and Scott did a phenomenal job with our garden! We had a large space in our backyard that was poorly utilized. I met with Abby and Scott and expressed my goal to have a functioning garden space interspersed with plants that could provide greenery all year round. They took my request and ran with it! They came up a with a beautiful and very functional Food Forest for our family. Abby also had a wonderful idea to get my two young children involved with making stepping stones within the food forest so that they could have access to the plants. They provided all the appropriate irrigation to the spaces of the garden. Now, I don't have to worry about watering my garden at all!

Always a great experience. Great advice on plants, they won't sell you something that won't thrive. They care more about the customer experience and the plants than just making a sale. You can trust that you've made a good buy and bring home a quality, healthy plant.

I am so happy that I went to Rossett nursery! I needed help creating my summer herb and vegetable garden. I purchased many plants and they are all thriving! I highly recommend Rossett nursery!!!

Scott, Abby, and their team completed our back-yard landscape project about 18 months ago. Our yard is now an oasis for native birds and other desert wildlife. With the recent extreme daytime temps, we've even seen bobcats and great horned owls at our fountain. We've also had families of cardinals and orioles raise their young in and around our yard because of the available water source and plantings for cover.

Abby is quite talented at taking your ideas and bringing them to life in a design that fits the space you have. Scott makes everything happen on the construction and technical side and is an expert with irrigation design so you will have even pressure to all your plantings. As locally based small-business owners, they truly care and want you to be happy with every aspect of your project!
