My experience with Sonoran Landscaping materials was easy, and I found them pleasant and professional. I called and placed an order for 10 tons of AB fill dirt/gravel, saying when I would be home for delivery. About two hours later the truck arrived and dumped it on the side of my driveway. Now I just have to move it around the house to the hole.....

We've been using them to pick up fill dirt and pea gravel for our various properties around town, hauling it ourselves. Reasonable prices, always in and out fairly quickly. If you don't know what you're looking for and are wanting a "gravel concierge" to show you around this is probably not the place for you.

I ordered gravel to re-do my driveway, and, yes, it was delivered right away, but not only that, the driver took the extra time to distribute manageable piles at regular intervals along the driveway. I did not realize at the time, but this was an enormous time and labor saver for me. I merely had to rake out each pile evenly, and the drive was covered. had there been a huge two-ton pile in one place, this task would have literally taken days more and a wheelbarrow I don't own to complete. Thank you mystery driver!

I recently visited this company excited to spruce up our front yard and back yard. At first, I was lost and called the company for directions. The gentleman I spoke to was so nice, so obviously I looked forward to a great experience. When I finally arrived a was greeted what was clear a disgruntled worker. Later, I found out he is the office manager. I would describe myself as fun and outgoing and when I go shopping like this.....I am buying in bulk. The office manager (a man with braces) can't remember his name, treated me as if I was bothering him, did not offer advice on types of material I might need for front of house and was annoyed when I asked questions. I went there with the intention of buying close to 7 tons of material and left buying 2.5 tons because this guy was such a jerk. When I left he didn't say anything, just filled out invoice, charged my credit card and walked away. The delivery guy was pleasant and helpful and I called Bob the owner to tell him my experience. I am pretty straight forward so of course I didn't sugar coat how his subordinate treated me. I live in Oro Valley, there are several other landscaping business close by that I will send my business to and that of my close friends. Bob, get rid of this chump, he will drive your business down the drain!

Matt was great to work with. Both Sergio & Daniel were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We are very satisfied with our backyard landscaping now! Thanks for a 5 star experience.

Appreciated their ability to deliver my order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Service, value and accuracy of the order were spot on. Im completely satisfied with Sonora Landscaping. I have more projects going on at the house and will absolutely return. I feel confident recommending their services to anyone.

I've been here several times and had deliveries and have received perfect service. The two deliveries I had were placed perfectly and right on time.
I love how they let you peruse their rock piles and tag the best looking rocks and then gently put them in your truck for you. .... I guess most of the time, reviewers only write if they're upset so I'm disagreeing with a few old past reviews.
And for us cyclists, they care enough to even have a free coffee stand & reasonably priced items of need on the back of their property along the new Santa Cruz trail.

DO NOT hire this company. LITTERALLY, if you are here for reviews this is your sign to find another company. They are rude, will not take ownership for THEIR mistakes and on top of that they will charge YOU to fix a mistake THEY made. They withdraw the money from your account and deliver whatever they have in stock and NOT what you ordered. They will give you the wrong delivery date. They lie in order to make a sale and will not inform the customer that what you are asking for is not in stock. I asked for one inch, they delivered a smaller size. he said, "take a tape measure, there's one inch in there". Completely unprofessional and GHETTO. I was cursed at and hung up on by the supposed "manager" who did not have an inch of customer service knowledge. I'm serious, RUN from this company. When I asked him to be respectful and LISTEN (Because he kept cutting me off) he said, Don't ever call here again and that he would not refund my money. His best defense was "Sue me." They do not accept their mistakes and cannot handle the truth when it's in their face. DO NOT hire this company. I really hope they are registered business owners because I will be filing a complaint.

I had to walk into the office to find someone but no big deal. I got what I needed for a great price and it was delivered on time. Definitely will be coming back to get more landscaping rock. Just wish the prices were still posted online but I understand why. Great place and really nice man who owns the place.

Sonoran Landscaping Materials was great to deal with. Matt, the manager of the facility, was very accommodating. Between the advice, pricing, and rescheduling deliveries due to contractor delays...Matt was a lifesaver. His advice on the rip rap placement/grade levels was invaluable. I highly recommend Sonoran Landscaping Materials for their Quality, Service and Pricing.

Before I found Sonoran 4 years ago, I was using Pioneer. Since then, Sonoran has always been my go-to place for landscaping materials and services. Absolute best.

So glad we stopped by this place, great costumes service.. They took good care of our large request for a job site. I returned shortly after for my own driveway/Yard gravel. Big ot small orders, this is the best places and had the best prices. I was a little nervous on how things would go sense they are a handful cheaper then else where. I was impressed 5bout of 5 without a doubt. I'll bringing the wifey back for some plants soon now that we have the yard ready. Thank you!!

I ordered and had 10 tons 1/4 inch Apache red decorative gravel delivered.
Salesman Aaron was helpful and courteous and had good recommendations and options.
Sale was quick and easy. Pricing was good, customer service was excellent. Delivery was on time and material was fantastic! Looks great! This company and the employees are wonderful. They are a local company easy to get to off I-10. I highly recommend.

Placed my order over the phone after visiting to see the different selections they have to offer.

Delivery driver was on time, and even made the trek down a dirt road to the back of my house instead of dropping it in the front. This saved us a lot of time when spreading the gravel.

Entire process was simple and efficient. Great customer service and definitely will be recommending and using again.

The best by far! We arrived and placed an order. Matthew was amazing and helpful. We made one stop to get drinks and as soon as we pulled in our driveway the truck was tgere with our delivery! We are very pleased! Prices were way inexpensive!

All I have to say is this company came tooooooo workkkkkk 🔥🔥 TWO DAYS they finished my backyard! Although it’s not crazy big, it’s something that last about 5 days. I don’t do reviews, but they totally deserved it. Thank you to all the workers!

They did and amazing job. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They knocked it out in three days. Came back next day for a follow up and how to maintain turf. Very happy with finish product will definitely go with them again and refer them. Thank you again for the amazing service.

I strongly recommend this company here is why. We had a vision in mind of the backyard has the house was getting built. They literally worked with us tapped into our minds and literally made it come to life. Quality, communication and pricing was all great.

We had to wait a bit for the crew to get to us; but we were fine waiting for the right folks to do the work. The result is wonderful. The crew was thorough and did a great job. They picked up after themselves and were always very considerate. We still have a couple more things we'd like to get done and we'll certainly come back to Oakswood when we do. Thank you 😊
