I called Tolson because my water bill doubled, and I was concerned my irrigation system had a leak. They did clean and rebuild my valves, but I didn’t think they did a careful job looking for leaks.

They were very helpful. We live out of state and they helped us feel confident that our desert plants will be properly watered.

I have been dealing with Tolson for over six years, having a complete reinstall done at that time. Their service ever since has been excellent and very responsive to my requests.

Several years ago, Tolson updated the DYI irrigation the former owners of house put in. We have them come every spring to do a spring checkup and they add more emitters on new plants or trees that have gotten larger. They are efficient and very good at what they do, and I highly recommend them to anyone needed irrigation in their yard.

Tolson is our go to for all irrigation needs and service. Responsive and reliable- easy to work with. Greg has been very helpful. We are seniors who moved to Tucson recently and knew nothing about irrigation systems. He has been very helpful and patient with all our questions.

Great job by Tolson Irrigation!! Knowledgeable on irrigation & plants. Checked & repaired my older system for the Summer. Reset all settings & water flows for all 4 subsystems. Checked & reset emitters in all backyard flower pots. Checked & repaired emitters in masonry planters lining house. Found dead shrub on 2 shrub lines on each side of house had been cut or broken and reconnected them. Found the pressure backflow preventer corroded & leaking and had to replace. Advised me of problems and solutions as found. System now working fine.

Have used Tolson Irrigation annual service contract the last 3 years. They are always courteous and efficient. In the event I need a service visit between annual service calls I can count on them for quick service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend for your irrigation needs.

Very helpful people. Repaired a fountain in my yard after the motor housing failed. Good job on getting replacement parts very quickly and timely installation of new parts. I've been a customer more than 15 years.

They were willing to do a repair - didn't try to talk me into a more expensive full replacement. They came out on time, finished quickly and fully cleaned up after the job. I would wholly recommend them.

We had our drip system and low voltage lighting installed at our new home by Tolson. They did an outstanding job and after 3 years, all is still working as well as the day installed. We just signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement. We highly recommend this company.

Best experience with an irrigation company in 6 yrs. Frank and helper (sorry didn't get his name) rebuilt my 2 malfunctioning in-ground valves quickly and efficiently. Their experience and knowledge seemed to be far beyond the other companies I've used . Highly recommended!

Appointment time was between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Workers arrived at 10:15 AM without prior notice or consent. Worker stated that he was there only to replace the valves. I advised that replacement was only if valves couldn't be repaired. I advised him that this was on the estimate. He retrieved the estimate and it said exactly that. Workers also were to install a screen below the valves in order to keep rodents out of the control box. They claimed that they didn't have the screening and would have to return to Tucson to get some. Since they were 45 minutes earlier than the earliest arrival time, they had time to do this. They claimed that the work would have to be rescheduled. I advised that I was going to call their office and speak to a supervisor. I called and had to leave a message. When I returned within two or three minutes, the crew had left. It was clear to me that the crew's intent was to do the least amount of work possible in order to achieve their real goal--an early lunch. While on my property, they parked their heavy pickup off the driveway under my mesquite tree, apparently for the shade. They parked on top of the irrigation line they were there to repair. During their brief presence, the second worker let out a loud belch that a neighbor could hear across the street. I never received a return call from the business, but that evening received an email that the owner would call the following afternoon. Never heard from him. All in all, this is a business with no respect for you or your property.

Tolson Irrigation is amazing! I’m am so thrilled with my new system. The citrus trees are happy & blooming with promise. The front yard never looked so fresh & inviting. Greg and his team are so knowledgeable and courteous. I’m looking forward to working with them on future projects. Thank you!
