Zooz saved us. I called them after our confirmed mover cancelled the night before the move. It was a Saturday night. Called several places that said they were open on Sunday, and the owner of Zooz was first to call me back that night and had excellent movers who showed up the next morning at 9am. Thank you Guy, Kai, and Joe. They worked really fast with care, and so very nice!

I don't do reviews very often but the entire staff at Zooz Moving made a VERY stressful move a whole lot easier! I have had to use moving services pretty frequently for friends and family over the years and it always seems like their is some hassle. Not with these guys! They had every thing we needed and were really professional and the price was right as well! THANKS Zooz!

Horrible experience with Zooz moving. Several of my furniture pieces were damaged during the move. My wood desk had pieces broken off and a panel was cracked; additionally, two one-year-old metal bed frames were bent to the extent of being unusable (support beams and frame bent more than 15 degrees). I contacted the business several times requesting a solution to my broken furniture. I was asked to provide photos, which I did, then the owner/manager stopped responding to calls or emails. So I am out three pieces of furniture in addition to the $600+ paid for poor quality labor from Zooz.

The movers were late on moving day and didn’t call in advance as I was told- they called when they finally arrived. The employees were unprofessional and rude. They kept telling me they didn’t think they’d have time to finish unloading the truck because they had another appointment at 1pm; however they were short on time because they were over an hour late to start.

I have hired movers several times in the past and have never had such a terrible experience. You get what you pay for- buyer beware.

Ivan and Ray were the best!They were professional.They were polite and helpful.They also made all of my stuff (which was a lot) into my storage nice and neatly! Definitely ask for them!!!

The guys were wonderful and efficient. I was happy with the quote of $109 an hour and canceled my move with another company that was $120 an hour. However, what I was not told, was that it was $109 an hour PER MOVER. I wasn't told this until when the movers showed up on moving day. I felt like whoever was selling me the movers did not disclose it so they could get the sign up.

They offer a very reasonable price for the truck for 2 movers (weekday price). The movers are very professional and efficient. They plastic wrap the furniture for free and have runners to protect the floors. Overall, very pleasant moving experience!

I needed movers the next day; fortunately they had an available time slot. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, wrapped and handled the furniture with care, and worked in a timely manner (The job estimated at 3 hours only took 2.) The cost was reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

The guys are very nice and polite! They pretty fast and are very professional. We were desperate and called yesterday and they schedule us for the next day. thus price wise they are not the most competitive ones but trust me, i did my research and realized that other companies sometime just milk the clock so I knew right away when they started working that its not the way they operate. Totally recommended, I had some experience with movers and this time I'm happy to say it was a total success!! JUST AWESOME!!!! Moving stress free, just LOVE IT!!!!

I merely called for a quote and asked if it was possible to receive a formal quote via email. The gentleman that I was speaking to was very confused as to why I would want a quote to which I replied, "I'm shopping around for the best price." He became irritated and asked me, "...if you find another service that's ten dollars cheaper and they don't finish the job will you have found a better deal?" After I was taken aback at how a business would not understand that they're in market competition I stated that, "This business seems to be unprofessional so I won't be needing a quote." He glibly replied that he didn't want to do business with me either and hung up.

As a customer, it is my right to be able to shop around for the best service at the best price. I'm actually shocked that this gentleman and this company reacted to an innocent phone call soliciting possible business.

Having viewed the other reviews it seems like I'm not the only one that has had this negative experience. I can't attest to the quality of the service however if this is any indication of how the business operates without a concrete quote that has either a paper or electronic trail I would hesitate to think they'd honor their word.

I used Zooz Moving for my move of ~3BR a few weeks ago. They were awesome! I spoke to two people on the phone in the week leading up to our move to confirm our appointment and to coordinate moving a particularly tricky piece of furniture, and the phone calls were so pleasant - the folks I spoke to were friendly, reassuring, and funny. We had two movers come by on the actual day, and a third joined at the end because they had another move to get to after ours. It was really amazing to see the movers work; they were quick, efficient, and careful. They carried large furniture, carefully protected some fragile glass cabinets, and even took my bedframe apart in the move-out and put it back together in the new place, good as new. The pricing was exactly what we expected from their initial quote, and it was fair and reasonable. The whole team made this move easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again for my next move. Thank you, Zooz Moving!
