Zoltan does great work and his subscription service has more than paid for itself time and again.

We signed up for his monthly subscription which has been great. He comes to our house every month and has worked on a lot of different projects for us. He's installed a door, gutters, stained our fence, and more!

I have used Zoltan s services a few times. Always on time, great attitude, quality work and competitive prices. Will definitely be using him for any services we need. Thank you.

Zoltan installed VPF in our park model home. It was a difficult install with lots of angled cuts and corners. Zoltan bid it out fairly, showed up on-time, was professional, friendly and curteous and most importantly did a beautiful job! Thank you Zoltan!

Zoli has worked for me periodically over the last 8 years. He’s helped me with flooring, painting, plumbing, cleaning, remodeling, landscaping, auto detailing, and misc. projects. Zoli is a man of many talents and always does a great job! He is dependable and will always be there when he says he will and will get the job some right. He is one of the hardest working people I know.

In the 1st job Zoltan was great and I felt he was honest too. I contacted him to sign up for a monthly contract. We were going back and forth with the contract for clarification and some additional addendum especially applicable for our rental property. Zoltan's printer was broken so he had to handwrite the update and changes in the contract and send me which delayed too. Personal reasons I have to go to the hospital every few months and have rigorous tests done. Which is stressful both physically and mentally which caused more delays.

So before going to the hospital I wanted to at least send the signed contract to assure him. I sent him the contract first thing in the morning before starting to the hospital, on the way to the hospital he called me and asked me to send 20% down as advance. I didn't want to share my personal matter so I told him I am traveling and so I will send him the money either today (if possible) or within couple of days. He agreed to it. That day evening when I was still in the hospital he texted me saying since I didn't pay the 20% and delayed the contract he is rethinking and also he may not have the time to schedule a visit, so don't send the money and we can reconnect after the new year. I sensed some frustration and so I texted him back from the hospital and told him that it is better to clarify before than to rush into it a contract and told him i will call him.

Once I got back from the hospital (in a day or so from my last text) I called him and he said he is busy and then he texted me a long one accusing me of several things including disrespecting him. Having seen what life is all about, I sent a nice text back and told him that I was in the hospital and I don't share my personal matters with anyone, since he feels disrespected I am sharing with him the real reason why I wasn't able to send the 20% right away ( also reminded him that he agreed to me sending it a later date). I didn't like the tone or what he said in the text, that was very disrespectful and accusatory, but i gave him the benefit of doubt. No calls or apologies for anything so far from Zoltan.

I am glad at this point that I didn't sign the contract with him because if there was any misunderstanding or issues in the middle of the contract I will be loosing 35% of the (1 year) contract amount for service not provided and he will walk away with no loss but taking 35% for just signing the contract ( as per the contract). Treating a customer disrespectfully is not good service either.

Zoltan did great work in my shop hanging some light fixtures for me. His prices are fair and he does quality work. I will definitely be calling him next time I need anything done!

Zoltan is excellent I have been using him for about 6 Months on everything from putting fans installing, installing doors, fixing tiles, he is wonderful, I have used so many other professionals, from plumbers to general contractors. Zoltan was professional and kept me up to date on all his work. He continued to work until all the ceiling was complete and it looks amazing! You cannot even tell there was a crack at all! He even retextured the area he fixed! He did amazing work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I even scheduled him to come and do more work on my house in April!

I hired Zoltan to repair and paint my pool deck. He arrived on time and did a great job fixing areas that had chipped as well as painting a new surface. He has a great website detailing his services. He’s also a nice guy which is a plus. I highly recommend him.

Zoltan is great! He is responsive, easy to work with, affordable and conscientious. He installed new led lights to replace our old florescent fixtures and the difference is unbelievable. Zoltan did a project in my kitchen and bathroom and other things around my home. He’s conscientious and is careful to ask questions and offer his advice before proceeding. Feels like a true maintenance partner and is friendly as well. I could tell he likes his work and he was easy to have here while I was working in my office.

Zoltan was wonderful! My beautiful catio was done in three days. He used high quality materials that have held up nicely. I LOVE the door. It has a brilliant latch which keeps the cats in, but opens easily for those of us with opposable thumbs.
