Sea Pool Service has our service for life!

Abysmal service. I had a 7 AM appointment and he just didn’t show up. No call, no message, etc. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt so I called him several times but he didn’t answer all day. At 3 PM he finally answered and had no explanation, just seemed annoyed that I was bothering him by calling. I would suggest contacting somebody else if you want the job done.

Dan and the Pool Hawk company were outstanding!

I needed an emergency repair last minute, and I came across the Pool Hawks. Depsite it being an hour left in the day for their 'business hours', they came out speedily and helped me with the repair.

Furthermore, they refused to charge me a premium for calling them out last minute, and gave me just the normal estimate that such a repair costs. I was really grateful for their kindness, timeliness, and professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pool!

Had been using Pool Hawk Service for about 6 months. In the beginning they were always prompt and did a great job however over the last 3 months we noticed they began to miss a week here or a week there but billed us the full amount for the month. This month they missed two consecutive cleanings and service and I had to call. Then was told by the office manager. The tech has been provided two access codes as this was the excuse in January when one was missed. No phone call to let me know or concessions for not making the schedule. The office manager stated today that it appears we aren’t a good fit and we should part ways.

Dan bleached washed my pool and fixed some leaks. He did a great job! Communication with Matt was timely and professional. I am switching to them for my monthly service.

I don't know who's writing these reviews but for true assessment of these people take a look at Yelp. They are crooks. I hired them because of the Google review rating. They were to do a $5000+ repair and upgrade job for me. After 3 months the job was never finished, yet they fraudulently charged me for final payment without my authorization. Beware - they are the most crooked people I've run into in my life!

I chose this company for a heater repair based on the positive reviews posted here. Now I wonder about their validity. They do not apply the service call cost to the repairs as I was told originally. Only a percentage. Secondly the technician did not seem familiar with basic maintenance items and without the proper tools to correctly diagnose the issue. He then left after taking photographs of my credit card for payment. Not the level of professionalism I was expecting.

Luckily I found another company who preformed the repair same day! Live and learn
