I found out how bad my last pool guys were after seeing how amazing and thorough of a job iQ did for me. They also taught me things about my pool I never would’ve found out if it weren’t for them. 100% recommend.

IQ pools did a phenomenal job on the repair and replacement of our pool pump and motor. The service they provided was above and beyond from any we had received before. The response time was exceptional. From troubleshooting, to insurance approval to repair was a couple of days. The service tech was extremely meticulous in his work. His pride in his work truly showed in his workmanship. From measuring, cleaning and marking each and every joint of pvc piping before glueing. To even going to the point of painting all the pvc piping to a natural color, so as it blended in with the landscape. No leaks, no vibrations, pump running flawlessly now. I definitely would recommend them.

An amazing pool service. I received a perfect job at a more than fair price. They anticipated future problems and solved them before they happened. Their focus is on excellent service, superior workmanship and environmental protection.

Duncan and Gilbert were awesome. They inspected the entire system for us, cleaned our filters, and were willing to teach tips along the way. They made working with our home warranty so easy for us! I highly recommend them for anything!

Will recommend coverall. Going to my second year with them, staff is always there to answer any questions on doubts or just help overall!

Coverall Tucson is a great team; they are always there to help. I have definitely enjoyed working with them.

I have received many unwanted calls, they continue to harass me. There service was terrible, they routinely had to be called out for poor cleaning conditions - that put the health of children at risk.

Now a year latter they keep calling me time after time, despite multiple talks with their team and account managers to have this stop. I keep telling them I don't work for that company, and do not want their services.

I have had to file complaints again and again, and I'm running out of options.

Now they want me to wait until Monday so they can look into why they keep violating my peace.

PS. these are just the calls from their team, not to mention those from their Franchise that stalked me for a month and called me from serval different phones trying to collect money from a company I was not apart of. He continued to harass me and call me all hours of the day, at one point using his random family members phones to call me. (I called a missed number once - it was someone random person and had to hand the phone to Jesus, this happened at least twice.) I reported this and nothing changed, I had to block each of his new numbers.

Also PS. Several of these reviews are from their team, franchise owners and friends, which is just a poor cheap business tactic.
